Not only are they happy to help you in store, but they will also work with you over the phone and ship online. Not only do they know how to work with leather, but the experiences they have in working with leather is shared with each individual that walks through the doors to help your project be as amazing as it can be.
The leather that I have purchased from this store has no equal. I purchase regularly online from across Canada and the US, but frequently end up using my Buckskin Leather first because I know exactly what quality of leather I have in my hands.

High quality service, High quality products. Frank is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us a tour of the store and provided guidance on what we were looking for. Their products are high end and a great price point. We are sad they do not have a store in Ontario, but thankfully they ship their products at a reasonable price!!

I absolutely love the support I received from Nikole here in Nanaimo. She traveled back to Calgary, chose the items I needed and I connected with her here to receive them. The product is amazing and soft!! I will be using her leather from now on for all my journal creations. :)

Just went for the first time and enjoyed it a lot. I bought a clearance hide that I love. There was loads of variety there and I am sure I'll make the trip again.
