Buco Pizzeria + Vino Bar

went for lunch few days ago TO buco WINDERMERE location we had small pizza (veg for me, and mushoom ) with choice of salad or soup the food was great quick service, definitely a place to hang out or for meeting with clients. went for dinner on Friday and it was busy like hell, we shared a salad, my husband had the Ribeye honestly it was better than the keg, i had feature pasta cappelletti with scallops it was amazing, even the chef checked on us which is always a nice touch, i had ricotta cake it was meh, my hubby's Tiramisu was way better. great gem we will be back for sure

Went for dinner tonight and absolutely loved the food. Had the pizza and beer deal, so worth it. The dessert was also very very good! Wonderful waitress and the manager checked on us regularly. Will definitely be going back �

We were there tonight and had exemplary service and outstanding food! The kids had pizza and Mac n cheese which was fast and delicious. My husband had the carne pizza and I had the Brussels sprouts gnocchi - both were phenomenal. It was our little girl’s birthday supper and she was treated to chocolate gelato too � A fantastic meal!! Thank you.

We visited the Buco in St. Albert many times and now we are so happy to have one a lot closer. The new restaurant is beautiful and the food is exceptional.

Valerie was our server. We received the best service, quick and delicious traditional Italian pizza (some of the best Italian I’ve had outside of Italy) and all at a reasonable price. The manager checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our food and if we needed anything. We will be back!

Some of the best pizza you’ll have anywhere. Great vibe and beautiful room.

So nice to have this legendary company just around the corner...looking forward to some patio dining in the summer too.

Quick service, friendly staff. Arancini were amazing! Pizza dough was weird right when they opened but it has resolved now and was delicious. Staff went above and beyond and brought a pillow so I could nurse my son easily. Definitely family friendly. Highly recommend.

Had a most wonderful meal at the Windermere location “soft opening” today. The atmosphere was great, the staff so courteous & helpful, and the food was very very good. I’ll be a regular customer for sure! Happy Opening Day tomorrow Buco!

Great food and wonderful services.I usually dont eat pizza crust but their pizza is so tasty and not soggy, I dont mind eating the crust by itself lol. Lots of yummy choices I wish I can try them all. Will definitely go back for more.

Finally made it here! Service was speedy and friendly and the food was yummy and good portions! Will be coming again for their Social Hour!

The food was good. The arancini where delicious. I also ordered the mushroom ravioli. The sauce was a bit bland. Wile some prices are ok, some where just a little bit high. There is a few things that I don’t agree with...... leaving the Parmesan out in the open not even covered all day long. And the attitude of one of the waitress that was more concerned about her looks, instead of the service for the customers.

I was with a group of 5 friends who like to try different restaurants and enjoy our evenings out ! We had a lovely meal at BUCO and had a lovely server. Our group had a couple of requests while eating and our server and the gentleman whom I assume was the manager were both very helpful in dealing with these requests. The me u is very varied and we all enjoyed our food which was very tasty and good value for money! Will definitely be back .

Just ok. Service was a little slow and the meals for our table of six arrived at significantly different times. When asked we mentioned this to the manager (I think) and he just said it was really busy (as though that was our fault!). Food was good. Probably won't return.

The food was delicious, but we waited well over half an hour for our food (one pizza and one appetizer). The server took my daughter's plate away without asking if we were done with it, when she was still working on her last bites of pizza.

The service is slow and spotty at best. Food was mediocre. Our waitress managed to spill part of a jug of water in our pizza. We were looking forward to going here as the one in St Albert is fabulous. We will be driving back in to St Albert rather than walking distance to this one.

I started off with calamari as an appetizer, it was cooked to perfection, crunchy on the outside and just enough chew on the inside.

I also ordered a bellini to toast my friend on her birthday.

My main course I ordered was rigatoni with meatballs, when it arrived at the table it looked yummy, but wondered why they cut the meatballs up, I prefer mine round. :) It lacked flavor and found it dry, even though it had sauce.

I ordered a dessert, raspberry riccota cake....it was flavorless and dense, more like a muffin than a cake. It left a not so great after taste. I told the manager this and he took it off my bill, he came back after to explain that he spoke to the chef and the cake was not cooked through as it should have puffed up, hence the the dense cake and horrible taste.

Not sure if I would go back to try the other items on the menu.......I also have to mention our waiter was not attentive as he disappeared for sometime and we were ready to leave, we tried flagging him down but glazed over our section:(

I wanted to have a good time eating out with my family. The server was really great but the staff in the kitchen messed up our order twice. On top of it they seemed upset when they were told to prepare our meal again. I lost my appetite and had a very terrible time. Will not be coming back
