Had some very misguided/misinformed information when booking prior to the trip and when we needed to call at the end of the trip...you get to speak with someone who is not even in Calgary.....however when we arrived at our pick up location in August we were faced with two very helpful young ladies Chantell and Itala. They were very accommodating, informative and apologetic for the prior misinformation. Thanks so much for your help we really appreciated your patience and kindness.

This was my first time renting at Budget I had a great experience dealing with Pankaj. He made sure my car rental went smoothly and efficiently. I really like that he changed the car rental to a SUV. We seen it as we came to pick up the car and wanted the SUV instead. It was such a great ride i will be doing this again real soon! Thanks Budget and Pankaj!

I rent from this location almost weekly for work purposes. All the staff is great but Shay and Rachelle go above and beyond with making things go smooth for me. I'm on the road quickly and effortlessly. As my vehicle needs often change from week to week they always do a great job of ensuring I'm in the right vehicle. Their warm and polite personalities make the experience enjoyable. Theses two ladies go above and beyond each week.

I rent a car from budget for more than a year. Customer service is excellent and the staff are generous. They even offer me a better car rental deal as well as they know type of the car that I prefer. The price overall is reasonable (based on my experience as regular renter with budget throughout the whole year).

It was a very good experience to rent a car from Budget it's always my favorite company to rent from!

And I recommend a lady working there her name is Rachelle she is the best one; she gives the best deal special thanks to her. And definitely when I will rent a car next time it will be from Budget again and will ask for Rachelle for sure!!!
