Budget Car & Truck Rental

Very courteous staff. Samrah who was the sales rep at the time helped me with a rental. Very proffesional, drove out with a fully loaded for a very reasonable price. Loved the service so much that i have rented another vehicle. Definetly using budgets rental services in future.

This NW Budget Car Rental made my rental easy. Both Samrah and Victor were great. I have never had my luggage put in the trunk for me, before. "Good Job". I prepaid for a week rental of a standard car. Somehow I thought I have the car rental for an extra day. This was not the case. They called me and asked me if I wanted to extend the rental. Fortunately when I returned the vehicle 1 day later, I was surprised to find out that there was no extra charge. Amanjot was very helpful and fun to work with. Keep up the great work...

As an occasional customer, I've been dealing at this location for my rental needs over the last few years and have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and take care of my needs efficiently. Never had any complaints about the vehicles, which are well prepared and maintained ... kudos to all the staff and Thanks for your good work!

If I could rate 0 I would. I have been spent over 3000 for past 3 months at this place. But I realized that they don't care customer at all. It's my worst customer service experience ever. The agent was pretty rude over the phone., I asked her if I can return my old car couple hours late due to I have to work on that day and same thing I would pick up my another car (same level) couple hours late. She said no and would charge me whole day rent. So I canceled my new lease with them at that point, and just extended one more day on my old lease. Cause they gonna charge me anyway. Next day when I went to return the car she was being even ruder. Cause I don't have business with them anymore. She didn't even ask me if I want to keep same credit card on file as my final payment, she just charged on the card on file, when I asked her if I could change to different credit card, she is so rude and just said NO. I asked her why you didn't even ask me, she just kept saying NO. I asked her if I could talk to a manager, she called someone over the phone and she tried to charge to another credit card. However it didn't go through, (because my payment hasn't been processed yet on my credit card, I don't know that until I checked my online banking) and she said to me, YOU JUST MADE A WHOLE THING. I feel pointless if I argue with her. I just want to get out of there ASAP. I DON'T KNOW WHY SHE ALSO SAID TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO WAS WAITING I WAS RUDE? EXCUSE ME?

While visiting Calgary my husband fell and cracked his ribs. After hearing this The Budget Reo Hartman upgraded me at a great price to make it easier getting in and out of the car. Great customer service and extremely friendly. Will always use this location. Thank you Hartman.

Had a really good experience at this location. Price was low compared to other rental companies. Got the car that we reserved. No surprises. Harman was really help full. He answered all our questions. On return, he offered us a ride back to our place(which was nice)... Definitely recommended...

Had to deal with insurance through them, was fairly painless. Customer service is a bit impersonal but does it need to be personal? I've rented multiple times. Recommended.

The front staff seemed a little flustered when they have a fair amount of people renting cars (or at least on my pickup day). I ended up with a Chevy Cruze. Good little car but I disliked that the engine shuts off at Red lights for better fuel economy. This would also force the AC to go to low at red lights which was annoying. (car doesn't effect my rating). If you have a good credit card to use, you may be covered for insurance, otherwise it's like $30/day, which can really add up!
