Best car rental services in Calgary. I take rental cars almost every other weekend. These guys are always helpful in upgrading cars as per my needs. They even accommodate my last minute requests gracefully. Especially i would like to thank Raj for his helping nature and wonderful services.

I started to rent from this location due to the proximity to my office and over the past couple of years have mostly found the service to be excellent. They always have cars available, are friendly and polite (for the most part - there is been one staff member I don’t care to deal with) and make renting a car hassle-free.
I picked up a car after work the other day to run some errands in the evening and was helped out by Lam, the manager...I’ve dealt with him before and the service is always outstanding. The car I was given had the ‘check engine’ light on when I started it, which I pointed out. Without hesitating he found another car for me to take and the switch took no more than five minutes. He was chatty and personable and actually takes the time to get to know his customers, which is always nice.
Happy with the service at this location, will continue renting cars here.

I always rent car from this place because the quality of service they offer. Price is more affordable compare to other players in market. Representatives are highly experience in customer service. Especially Raj. Every time the requested car was available on-time. Car can be picked at anytime after the booking time and the rental time starts from that moment. I had requested particular car recently under particular car type. It was ready at pickup time though it wasn't promised.

Let me add to the tale of woe with this Budget car rental outlet...
I picked up a car early (5:15 pm on a Sunday night to help them leave early. Original pick up time was 7:00 pm, which was their closing time. I thought that by going early, I'd help them to get home quicker on a Sunday) with the assurance that when I returned it (by 7:00 pm a few days later), there would not be an extra charge.
Well, there was. When I dropped the car off they added an extra day for being 1 hour late. (I was back at 6:00 pm).
So much for honesty.
It's not the cost that bothered me (it was only $20.00), it was the change in arrangement, attitude and approach to customer service that I did not like.
If you need to use Budget, try to avoid this outlet. (140 6 Ave SE, Calgary, AB) if at all possible.

I will give this location a 5 star rating but the customer service line you get when you call to change or do anything to your reservation is a joke . I tried tp call this location but when you call your call is redirected to a customer service representative not at the branch. When I asked about extending me rental they said we can not to do that over the phone that location only allows you to do it in person. So I rushed down and when I got to the location the representative was shocked to hear I was told that.. I have now returned my rental after hours and I called once again tp the customer service to ask them to put a more on my account to have them not put the payment on the cc and I would be in in the morning to pay with my debit and they said they could not do that, and i would have to go down there at 7am to stop them from charging the cc. The worst telephone customer service I have ever had......almost enough to make me never use Budget again

I go into rental car places expecting to pay more than what I would like and not have a great customer service experience. But wow, I was blown away by the great customer service I recently experienced! Our attendant Anny did a great job of being kind to us, helping us with any questions we had and gave us a free upgrade. She also let us drop the car off at a different location for no extra charge. I asked if there was any way to help her get recognized for her great customer service and she said leave a Google review bc the place recently has gone under new management so their reviews are really poor from the old one! No problem and good job Anny/ budget!

This Budget is the best car rental company here in Calgary, and I have been renting cars here for almost 2 years - every month. They have the best staff and they are always looking to keep their customer service at a high level. How to describe my experience here in one word: AWESOME.

Excellent staff members & manager. Customer service is really good.
My husband and I have been renting in this location for at least 1 year, and the cars are in really good condition (brand new cars) and they have the best price as well.
Definitely I would refer to my friends.
