Very co operative staff,
Very neat and new vehicles. Great value for money we spend.

My husband and I are looking for a van to rent to move. I have used this particular location to rent before and have had great customer service. Although the booking service sends you to the states to verify and we have been told what we had reserved is completely incorrect and slowly getting frustrated cause it seems we have a BMW to move. Then we spoke to Nathan and he clarified it all for us and changed it. Also in Calgary they do not even rent BMW cars. Will use again but really should get their call centre in check.

Amazing customer service! They go above and beyond each time, every rental has been a terrific experience. The vehicles are clean, well equipped and maintained.

I recently visited the branch ( Aug 06, 2017) and was served by the awesome Navpreet. I feel like he went beyond the call of duty in order to exceed the customer's expectations and to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I genuinely feel that he provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. As the store was busy but he was super attentive and ensured each customer left happy and completely satisfied. We recently rented a 15 passenger van from this location. My AAA agent found the rental option for me originally and I chose it because of 2 things, proximity to the airport and price. We found this very competitively priced.
Upon arrival Chantelle waited on us and was so upbeat, cheerful , and ultimately helpful to make things work to our advantage. I would say that she definitely went over and above what was expected of her in helping us .
I have recommended this location to friends who might consider flying their own private plane into the airport. I assured them it would be worth the 15 minute taxi ride over to this Budget. Also the location was conveniently less than 1mile from our hotel , Best Western, on our return.
I appreciate all that Chantelle and her supervisor did to make this a pleasant experience for us.

The customer service is very bad at this location. I haven been renting with budget for long time but after their treatment, I guess I am not going back to Budget. I booked a intermediate car but I was given a small hatchback car by supervisor Mercy reasoning that she will call me to exchange the car next day. I have generally been always upgraded if they didnt had the car but this time I was downgraded which I didnt liked. I never got a call and when I returned the car, I was told by other employee that Supervisor Mercy will call me. Again nobody called. Very Very disappointed. I guess there are many other rental companies with good customer service so I guess never go them.

Friendly staff that went above and beyond to offer great service and provide recommendations for local restaurants. They were even kind enough to provide us with an upgrade to our vehicle for safety purposes as we had opted for a small economy car to drive through the Rocky's and had not requested snow tires. Thanks so much.
