i had a claim on my vehicle and needed a rental. they were fast and easy to deal with. car was ready on time and clean. when i took it back it was also as easy and seamless. dropped it off and got a ride to where i was going. good work guys.

When my car is in for service this is the place that I get my rental care from. Never had an issue. Rented 4 or 5 times from them over the last few years

Avoid this place like the plague! They only open for business on the odd occasions that they feel like it. They don't tell you that when you make the reservation, you simply turn up and take your chances that they might be open - which chances are they won't be. Then the fun really starts! So you call Customer Service and they tell you they can't help and give you another number to call. So you call the second number and they can't help you either, but pass you onto a third number, and guess what? No help there either. And is it just me or does the interminable elevator music while you're waiting on the line drive you nuts! Seriously, this is the worst rental company I've had the misfortune of dealing with.
