Buds in Bloom is a Canadian non-profit children's organization offering infants, toddlers and school age children with special needs RAPID ACCESS to a specialized service. The Buds in Bloom network of partners includes occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, physical therapists, parent education workshops, community organizations offering family financial support, and other child and parent help services.
Bourgeons en Éclat est un organisme à but non lucratif, canadien offrant aux nourrissons, jeunes enfants et enfants d'âges scolaires à besoins particuliers un ACCÈS RAPIDE à un service spécialisé. Le réseau de partenaires de Bourgeons en Éclat comprend des ergothérapeutes, orthophonistes, psychologues, physiothérapeutes, formations pour parents, organismes communautaires offrant un soutien financier à la famille, ainsi que d'autres services d'aide aux enfants et à leurs parents.

This Friday November 3rd 2017, stakeholders with a vested interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder will be meeting in Red Deer to help create a vision and develop a framework for the emerging Autism Alberta Alliance. A few of us contributed to the making of a document about the state of specialized services in Alberta; a document that will be the centre of discussion among researchers, agencies, health professionals, engaged parents, self advocates, and all others who contribute to enhancing the quality of life of individuals on the autism spectrum.
