Our practice covers the traditional areas of performance psychology, leadership, and neuroscience. Our origins are in working with adult and child learners, as well as teams in the private and public sector. We have taken these same principles and helped many companies from a range of sectors to help their staff improve how they think. We believe that cultural change and systemic shifts are at the heart of creating successful teams. Over the decades, we have refined our approach to creating cultural shifts in organizations. Our mission is to enhance the lives of the people we interact with by giving them the skills to build great teams and be great team players through interactive, engaging workshops, leadership consulting, and one on one coaching. We regularly present to parents, businesses, school staff, and students. We have developed and delivered courses for private companies and the public sector on increasing productivity and creating high performance teams. The company is lead by John Laing and Chris Pawluk, both registered psychologists in Alberta, with a wide range of experience in the public and private sectors, leadership, systems change, and organizational culture.
