Building Block Home Inspections Ltd. (BBHI) home inspections provide the information you need to make an informed decision when purchasing or selling a home.

We report on the roofing, attic, insulation, exterior, electrical, plumbing, structural, heating, air conditioning, and interior which includes: ceilings, walls, flooring materials, stairs, and railings. We also use thermal imaging to locate insulation voids, air leaks, and plumbing leaks.

Our Alberta Certified inspectors provide in-depth reporting on the whole home with easy to read reporting, pictures, sketches, and thermal imaging. We provide a summary to help you find any major deficiencies prior to closing.
