Bull & Finch Bridlewood Pub Restaurant

Use to go every Monday or every other Monday for Steak sandwich Monday. Jess was the server and her customer service was first class. Food is always good. However Jess has left and so has the customer service. The blond waitress who works the early shift was barely polite but that was it. No "how was your food?" And our plates were left on our small table way too long. Food is still good and would have got more stars if wasn't for average service at best.

Went there on wing night. Ordered meatballs. when it came out it was still frozen inside. Waitress seemed upset and rude when I asked her to warm them up. After bringing us a refill of coke she told us on wing night there are no refills. Maybe ur staff should mention that in the beginning. We would have ordered alcoholic drinks!!!!

Worst bar in the city almost all the province. Never heard of haveing to pay 4 dollars for a refill on pop glad they don’t care about drunk drivers. Had to send our food back because it was frozen in the middle. So for one we are overcharged for pop 2 our food
cold. We where never told about this refill rule might as well let every one drink till they fall over and hand them there keys. I will call AGLC and complain hope this place gets shut down and from the sounds of all the reviews I’ve read management doesn’t care.

One of the worst bars I've been to in the city. Unatentive service and belligerent patrons lead to a terrible time. And by the way the staff were acting i'ts obvious that this is a normal occurrence.

Not a great experience this time around. Their steins are definitely watered down. Point and Feather next time around. So much for 'neighborhood pub'

A nice neighborhood pub. Staff, prices, food, ambiance, etc. are not necessarily above and beyond, but certainly pleasant and effective (and keep in mind that basic functionality isn't a foregone conclusion at every establishment these days).

Every time I come here, the service was awesome and the food is good.

Great food, even better staff. Definitely a great place!!!
