Burger King

Was going through drive through and order a couple of burgers with fries the person on the microphone was very short and had edgy voice kept interrupting my order, my husband got mad and when we drove up to the window told another employee to let the order taker know that she is being rude, that employee over heard and came up to the window and told us she was not being rude and started back talking to us with out us explaining what we felt by her annoyance on the microphone, so we asked for a manager on duty and voila she was the manager . My husband started telling her she was being rude but she just kept interrupting him and raising her voice , cannot believe this is customer service.... your company lost a customer and not even that aggravated us enough to sent out a complaint, power of the internet goes far now a days plus letting friends and neighbors know not to go to that location.
Being a manager in a company myself I do understand some unforeseen situations but that's why there is manangement available to fix the situation, in this case manager is in need of training .

I never really eat here by choice, only with groups of people who inexplicably decide on going to Burger King. The best thing to get are the chicken fries. This location used to have a little jingle gym which was awesome, but they got rid of it because I guess jungle gyms inside of fast food places aren't really in style any more.

Dreadful food. Good enough service.
The chicken fries are so spongy they don't even resemble real chicken. The burgers are usually okay, but they're just thrown together and the bun is usually burnt. Never cold food, but never hot like if it were fresh.
I've gone through here a few times because it's usually a cheaper burger joint than A&W, but no more. I've given them enough chances, and no amount of good service can bring me back to somewhere with such sloppy food.

The best Burger King in Calgary. clean, nice service, and no play area! ( They are always dirty and disgusting.) Great place with great food. Docked marks for sticky soda on floor, French fries on floor and straw packaging everywhere. (especially near the over-filling trash can) A pretty great place, but could improve on less debris.)

Poor customer service and poor food. Went through the drive thru.
Staff don't listen very well, the burger was cold, the fries had way too much salt that they were inedible and I wasn't given any straw for my drink.

Fast service with great food! I usually have the Whopper or Double Bacon Cheeseburger with the Hersheys Sundae Pie or Chocolate Fudge--- they are sinfully delicious! Great area for the kidlets to play. However, I don't appreciate the staff speaking in their foreign language in front of the customers who speak English. No hate for their language, it's just very unprofessional--- you wonder if they're working or gossiping.

So-so customer service.terrible presentation on food. I had the new HP bbq mozzarella bacon burger and the patties had weird brown circles on the bottom, the bun was the size for a baby burger and the lettuce was all cut up as if it was meant for a salad ( and all slid off the burger). It was a mess to eat, and not very enjoyable at all. Also- the size of fries I got with my meal looked like a size you would get in a kids meal. They also were out of iced tea and sprite. Not planning to go back unless they change their ways.

What the hell is this supposed to be.. Worst damn hamburger ever... What a joke... Go somewhere else to eat..!!!!

Worst late night drive through. On my way south to high river ordered 2 double pepperoni whoppers and given 2 plain whoppers.

So I stood at an empty counter for about 10 mins while everyone scrambled around to get their work done before closing. When someone finally acknowledged me I was told they were out of hamburgers !! Really ???
Needless to say I was not happy that at the end of my day someone couldnt have acknowledged me and informed me of the situation.
I understand it was close to closing but at least acknowledge your customer !!! At least !!!
