Wil is my artist and he did a fantastic job! I made several changes to the original work the first day and he nailed it! Great bedside manner😉, very professional ad did great work! He only put in the lines yesterday, but the quality of work would be good enough to leave as a finished piece! Can’t wait to see the finished work! 👍👍👍👍👍

This was my first tattoo. Totally an awesome place. There is so much impressive art on the walls, many talented artists and people. Blown away by how amazing of an experience this was. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. My artist was Wil Yee and his work is top tier.

Professionals through and through. We went over the design, figured out the best spot for it and the finished work was done with exacting detail. My first experience with getting ink and the entire process although painful was eased with good conversation to take my mind off the needle and the pain. Doug Fink is consummate professional artist.

My tattoos are fairly small compared to many in the world of tattoo; I got all three at Bushido and they are all beautiful and the one Wil did for me today is freaking amazing. I initially wanted a smaller one but the art he drew up would have blurred and not turned out (my opinion) and I'm so happy I went with what he drew up. They are accommodating, well priced and I always feel confident that its going to turn out well.

My bf and I got tattooed yesterday by Brando .My very first tattoo !. He is very likeable from the moment you meet .He explained everything thoroughly to me and showed me the different variations of needles which I liked . He gave us tattoos that are great conversational pieces especially in the case of my granddaughter who is 2 yrs old asking ,"who coloured on bama" with her little arms stretched way out questioning me very seriously " bama who coloured on you ?" Then you reply it's a tattoo to which she ponders the answer and again arms out asks very seriously " Why bama ?" It was a photo moment for sure.

I have another tattoo in mind in the future Brando but I don't think a rainbow pony is on the table just yet lol

I’ve been messaging Riley for 2 years possibly longer now. I’m dyyying to see him to get a realistic lion tattoo. What’s the secret to seeing him! I’ll pay more !!!!

I've had Brando for 2 out of 3 sessions adding to about 6 hours out of a 8-9 hour tattoo, I've been to other shops before and I have to say I have actually had fun being tattooed by Brando, not only is he a great guy and funny as hell, but his work is amazing, I will definitely be coming here in the future to have Brando finish the tattoo he's working in right now, and to continue working on the rest of my arm later on to be a sleeve, this shop is the friendliest and the best quality shop I've been to, the atmosphere here is not like any other shop I've been too, I've heard Brando talking to the other artists about things that are just absolutely hilarious, to things that are controversial and make for a good conversation to listen and to contribute too whilst being tattooed, I would recommend this shop 5/5 because I feel like I am truly a customer at this shop, and I feel like Brando not only thoroughly enjoys tattooing me, but that he actually wants to tattoo me, he has also told me a lot about how tattoos work, and the different types of needles and has educated me a lot, and needless to say I will definitely be coming back for more in the very near future



Get Brando as your artist, he is unreal

I've been working on a sleeve with Sydney Dyer since this summer. Every time I've come by this shop they always have incredible service. None of the artists or desk clerks I've met yet have been snobby. They are super nice and my artist is incredible. She just moved, but every time I've been tattooed by her it's been a great experience. Everything heals great, always willing to touch up any bits that don't, excellent quality ink. And Sydney is super, super generous and will apply numbing cream when she goes over an area twice. She is now working at Ten Speed Tattoo

I would 100% recommend this shop. I traveled quite a ways to be tattooed by Riley and was not disappointed in the slightest. First off, the environment of the shop is very friendly and welcoming. I love the decor! Everything was extremely clean and organized, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly. As for my tattoo itself, it is incredible - Riley's work is very much worth travelling for. He was friendly and we had some good chats while he was working on it. A professional through and through. I'll definitely be back in touch for some more work from him in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

I went yesterday to see Jess for a cover-up, I am a control freak so just giving my thoughts to someone & having them come up with the final result is not comfortable.

She did a amazing job & exceeded what I was hoping for, she is very personable & I enjoyed chatting with her during the session, I am so looking forward to continuing on with my ideas with her.

Bushido was professional, friendly & I felt really comfortable there, I really liked that there was no recommending "special" healing creams etc, just old school healing.

I will definitely recommend Bushido!

I have two beautiful tattoos done by Jake. I always recommmend this shop to everyone I know in Calgary. I always joke and say that I wish I could have brought Jake with me to Vancouver !!! Not only is the customer service outstanding, and genuine, but the artwork and cleanliness of the shop is legendary. Thanks dudes, when I visit, I'll be sure to look you guys up!

I have had 2 tattoos done here and both times my experience was awesome. People are fun, polite and professional. Sydney did my last tattoo and I am more then happy with the results and plan on seeing her again soon. Highly recommend this place for your next tattoo people!

I had a piece done today by Riley today and he is such an amazing artist... Omg I'm blow away by my piece he done, and how he made me feel. The shop was full of laughter and friendly people, what an amazing experience! Riley took so much pride in what he was doing, I will definitely be goin bk to Riley and my husband too!!!!!

I got my first tattoo done here by Liam Chung. He was super nice and a wicked artist. The atmosphere of the place was great and friendly and I will definitely be coming back for some more work! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I got a tattoo by Wil on Saturday, he did an amazing job. I'm so in love with my new ink. If I ever do more ink, I will be going back to see him. The staff are amazing, so friendly from the receptionist to the artists.

Have had about 40 hrs of work done at Bushido by Doug, shop is amazing, always extremely clean, professionally run and organized (Erin is your first point of contact, she is so awesome, professional, prompt and adds to a great experience). The shop hosts a variety of extremely talented artists! My wife has had, to date, 15-20 hrs done by Jake(amazing artist) and just another reason to choose Bushido for your tattoo experience. Highly recommended!

Would not recommend. Researched a few months on tattoo artists in Calgary and booked a consultation with Bushido Tattoo with Riley. Came in for my appointment consultation to be called in 20 minutes after my confirmed appointment time. They weren't busy, I had a first morning appointment and artist was there. Receptionist never greeted me, not even eye contact. The atmosphere was cold and uninviting. Not a good first impression for someone looking to get a first time tattoo. I valued the artists opinion on my tattoo placement, size etc. Brought in photographs. Artist did not seem interested in tattooing what I wanted, answered my questions with "it's up to me, what ever I want". Went home to send the photo to artist via email, no response till weeks later that photo is fine, not showing any interest or suggesting a booking etc...So I took my business elsewhere and I'm glad I did, love my new tattoo
