Ive had major work done on my Audi here. Both Tom and Wayne understand what its like to be this side of the cash register and certainly took that into account. The service provided here is second to none, you will be shown what is wrong, what parts are needed, prices, etc. With a few very minor adjustments after essentially a new motor install these guys proved themselves to be one of the best shops Ive been in.

At first I had a really good experience with them, they were nice and friendly. Gave me extra perks for bringing in my Audi, minor fixes for free all that stuff. But after being with them for a couple of years I've felt that I was just dumping my money for repairs that aren't even that important anymore. I brought it in for a checkup because the traction light was on and they charged me $500 for just the inspection. Didn't even fix the problem and then gave me an estimate of the actual repairs for almost $2000. I'd be wary of bringing my car here. They're good but you'd better be packing lots of money if you want to get things repaired.

I have had my VW Golf for nearly 7years now. I did not like the service or pricing at the dealer, and another performance VW shop in town had good service, but their prices were quite high. Bushmaster provides me with excellent advice, excellent service, and very good prices. I recommend them for anyone that has a VW.

I am very happy to have come across this shop. It got recommended to me about 8 years ago and have been there most of the time for my Passat that has over 200k km. In the first 3 years, I also checked out some other shops nearby that deal with German cars or "oil changes" but I always had the impression that they came up with items to fix and that I paid too much for what was done. At Bushmaster, I never had that impression. The nice thing is also that I have been able to go back into the shop and talk to the mechanics and have seen some of the parts that they replaced. I know that I get good parts there at reasonable costs as Wayne is an amazing parts hunter! And during my latest timing-belt and front drive shaft replacement Tom made sure I got a good rate and he even waved some hours to accommodate my expenses. And- Peter, the mechanic, identified my thermostat problem right away when I mentioned that the engine heat was not working properly. Great team there and highly recommended!

I had my motor replaced here on my VW, it was a very big job, they handled it quickly and efficiently and kept me up to date as to what was being done. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way. After the job was done they followed up with me to insure no issues were found. All in all a very good experience with a professional team of automotive experts. Good Job Guys, Thank you.

Went in for my 1st appointment ever - they made me feel like I was the only client they had that day. They brought me back into the shop to show me a few things first hand , I like that , they made reasonable suggestions and did not make a mountain out of a molehill if you know what I mean- I would refer them - Jason Streich
