We're a retail store located in North Edmonton, we sell all your butchering supplies and kitchen wares.

Butchers and Packers was formed in Edmonton in 1919 and is well known for our products, and exceptional service. The company has continued to grow and move forward by listening to our values customers and continuously updating our products. In 2001 after a particularly rough downfall Butchers and Packers went into receivership only to be bought out by a former employee Scott Kelly. Scott had worked for the company 20 years earlier in their commercial refrigeration department, and then went on to start his own refrigeration company. When he heard about the fate of Butchers and Packers he decided he could step up and keep the retail side of the company. Luckily Ed Bordodor also decided he would work for our company and brings over 30 years experience with machinery, sausage making, smoking and spices. Our other staff include Scott’s wife Kim Kelly, their daughter Angela Kelly and son Mathew Kelly, who happily serve customers and help with all their in-store and online needs
