I've never had a problem here. Really nice people every time I've ever been there.

The other reviews here seem to paint a different story but for the past few years I've apparently experienced an entirely different place. I always get greeted when I come in, there's always something awesome on the TV, they have a huge selection, and above all else everyone seems nice and happy to help.

Great selection & friendly staff.

Very unprofessional. I parked at CSN with the intention of doing some business in the area including purchasing some wine. As soon as I walked away from my vehicle a grey haired woman started yelling at me to not park in her parking lot. I explained to her that I was going to pay a bill at the dentist and I would be right back. She continued to yell at me and threaten me, pointing out all her cameras and telling me I will get towed. It was 4:30 PM on a Tuesday and the parking lot was only about 10% full. I tried talking to her but there was no use, she was down right aggressive and rude. So I moved my vehicle to the street. After my quick visit to the dentist I came back to purchase some wine and to try and smooth things over with this very angry lady. Well that did not work out. She continued to be unreasonable and rude. I can understand her having problems in the AM with a few bad apples parking in her spot all day...but not someone doing business in the area at 4:30 with her parking lot mostly empty. There was no taking to this lady. Poor attitude, poor communication skills, and just angry at the world. I told her it made me sad that she was so angry. In her attempt to protect her parking lot for her customers, she is driving her customers away. Lady....life is too short to be so angry and mean for no real reason. Too sad.

Mixed feelings here. The selection was astounding, but staff seemed miserable or abused even.

Customer service is complete garbage and prices are terrible. I went in there ready to drop a couple hundred dollars on booze for my wedding and they treated me like an absolute criminal for just looking around. Don't waste your time here. Their prices are garbage, their customer service is garbage - they didn't even ask me if they could help me once during my time in the store after being the only customers in the store! After being disrespected so badly I went across the street to Olympia Liquor - which was 1000% better. The gentlemen at Olympia greeted me respectfully the second I walked in and asked if he could help me. He guided me to the exact same brand of champagne I was considering at CSN, but Olympia had it for $10 less! CSN WIne & Spirits - do us all a favour: go out of business. How you manage to keep your doors open with ripoff-level prices and the worst customer service I have ever been subjected to in a liquor store is beyond me. I will never patronize your store again - and will advise everyone I know in Tuxedo, Mount Pleasant, Winston Heights, Renfrew and beyond to do the same.

The manager is so knowledgeable about wine! Don't hesitate to ask her a question, or tell her what you're looking for. She will point you in the right direction She recommended what are now 2 of my favorite wines! Domaine Houchart Rose, and a 2008 Besllum Red. They have such a vast collection of fine wines as well - it's like a museum! And if you're picking up a bottle that you'd like chilled for serving, they have a sonic bottle chiller that you just pop your bottle into for a couple minutes while you're paying. It's chilled in minutes, and ready to take home and serve!
