Was helped by a staff member named Ravi. One of the nicest most helpful people I’ve met. They couldn’t find the product in the store that I wanted but he kept looking even after I left and eventually found it and called me to let me know. Hard to find service like that nowadays!

Ordered an airsoft gun, and they sent me the wrong one. In fact the gun they sent me wasn't even on their website. When I brought the gun in telling them they gave me the wrong item they argued and told me I had in fact been given the correct item. They even scanned it and showed that the article numbers matched. Don't order stuff off of their site, you will probably get the wrong thing.

Had to return 2 bows that had been sold to us incorrectly well over a year ago (but had not been used) and these guys could not have been more helpful/accommodating...Scott in the archery department is super knowledgable and helped me and my daughter pick out the correct bows and was so patient and had answers to all our questions!! Keith the manager refunded our incorrect bows and even gave us a great deal on the price of the new bows!! Just a totally amazing experience and top notch customer service!! Fantastic!!!!

We had never been in the store and we were sure glad we did. What an amazing store. They have everything you need to go camping or hunting. Excellent prices and very friendly staff. Very helpful. Love the displays around the place. 👍👍

Cabela's ain't nothing special, but I love to go there for the sales. The staff at the time was VERY friendly and helpful, some of the best people there imho. Got some great deals on T-Shirts and boots from the bargain cave. Well stocked store, this one seemed to be mostly focused on fishing. Not all Cabela's are the same! Too bad they don't do price matching.

Very nice outdoors store! If you never been to it you should dress up and go there right now! It's like half museum half store, Lots of goodies for fishermen, hunters and campers. Give it a try!

Reasonably large and well stocked. I go there for some of my reloading needs as well as camping needs. Yet to be disappointed. Prices are what you would expect for a big specialty store like this, not the best, but not the worst either.

Purchased a firearm that ended up being defective on a great sale. No big deal, they have an exchange warranty so I'm good right? Nope.

They'll take 30 minutes to figure out how to take the gun back in their system and then notice they don't have another one to give you. They'll tell you they'll do an inventory transfer from another store and all will be well. Sounds not too bad right?

Well you won't get a call. You'll then leave message after message with people who promise they'll tell Brian Hayne the firearm "lead" about it but will you ever get a call? Nope.

How hard can it be to sell a customer their product and to care enough to pick up the phone?? I've been in twice and called during the work day 3 times. Pretty sure that is beyond what I should be required to do.

-Generally competent and friendly staff
-Absolutely horrid at following through with policies and promises
