We love this place for buying all things bike related. We bought our chariot here. The owner was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly and was willing to take time to give detailed advice and answer all questions asked. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy. Great place to shop!

I needed a bike to replace my bike that I lost in a house fire. The owner was by far the most helpful person of any bike shop in the city. He even called in a friend so I could try a bike before I ordered it. Compared to many other bike shops in the city, this level of service is incredible. Though I wasn't able to buy a bike from Cactus due to my short timeline, I'll be going there every time I need a new bike - IMHO you should too.

They're customer service is above and beyond. They are not to pushy, yet willing to give you any information you need. I bought an used bike there and my husband bought a new one and we couldn't be happier with our purchases. The experience we have had there has made us loyal customers.

Great Bike shop. Repairs are done quickly and any additional repairs required are comunicated right away and completed for the quoted price. I haven't purchased a new ride here but I'm sure the new sales experience would echo my multiple service experiences. If you want an honest bike shop with qualified people who know what they're doing, then this is your spot !

Nice little shop with a comfortable feel. No arrogant pros and semi pros laughing at lack of bicycle knowledge. Just good people who want to help get you on a sweet bike. Owner Steve is pretty much always there and has the best advice! Buy your bike here.

So happy to have this bike shop in Calgary. Been to Cactus Bike for many years and the staff are always super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Their product lineup is awesome because they try to work with Canadian companies which is very rare in todays market. They also have a ton of selection. FIVE STARS!!
