Cactus Club Cafe

We have visited the Cactus Club on many occasions in the past with an exceptional customer service experience. In the last 6 weeks the customer service levels have deteriorated, and the expected wait times are atrocious even though multiple tables are open and available.
When asked they claim those tables are reserved yet when we called for a birthday booking weeks in advance I was told they don’t take reservations.

Good food and good service. Cactus Clubs are a chain and this one offers similar fair. Worth a visit if you’re looking for a slightly upscale meal.

Popular place for dinner and lunch around the weekend. Really good food, I had the spaghetti with mushroom sauce and kobe meatballs and it was rich and delicious. Good service as well. Decent scenery.

Found my new favorite drink the double Cohiba delicious. The hunter chicken is was excellent, the chicken was perfectly cooked. Will definitely come back. Great staff, good service.

Food was amazing but The service wasn't what you'd expect from a half filled lounge with more than enough staff working to satisfy all paying customers.. we were set in the back and forgotten. 6 very beautiful ladies and myself. All indigenous but that shouldn't matter, but Sure felt like it did... shame on you cactus club.. shame on you.

Food was yummy. Enjoyed a smashed Angus burger, not a common order for me. I often go chicken or pasta but I was in the mood and I would do it again even if I wasn't just craving.

My favorite part was we came a little late in the evening for supper and lingered after over coffee, dessert, and, water until 1 am and we never made to feel we needed to leave. I was visiting with someone I dont see enough and this was very appreciated. High high marks to the staff who are all friendly and make you feel so welcome.

Great staff and service! The food was good, but this is where we found they really excelled! We had a small issue, nothing that wouldn't happen at any other restaurant, but the staff showed so much care and attention! I was so impressed how the staff came by, the managers came by and everything was so important to them. It really impressed me. Anyone can serve good food (Hopefully) but it is how the customer is treated and how they feel when they leave that matter. Five stars for the staff here!

I have been eating at this restaurant since it opened. The menu choices are varied, many and I have enjoyed every item I've tried. The menu is relatively constant with occasional changes like the addition of their dessert item the caramel chocolate mousse. It is fantastic! The service is excellent almost all the time and on those very rare occasions that something isn't excellent they step up to make it right.

Don't know what the formula is but Cactus Club does it for me -better than any chain restaurant. The Creole chicken I had, and the short rib that the wife had was amazing. It was without hyperbole the best chicken dish I have had anywhere including home made. Also the artisan cocktails show how they stepped up their game. Hats off to this location's kitchen staff.
