I have been making my kids birthday cakes every year and love it. I have also been slowly expanding may knowledge and skill alone they way.

I try to use fresh, local, high quality ingredients in all may cakes and at times make specific ingredients like Quark, from scratch. I can't guarantee peanut and nut free products as I make all items in my home kitchen and would be hung if there wasn't any peanut butter in the house for my kids.

I can make with regular icing but in most case prefer to use a traditional European Buttercream as it is lighter and less sweet. I have also used fondant but have to say I am not really a fan as I believe you should want to eat all of the cake not just the inside.

Prices will vary depending on project.
