Quick, friendly and at a good rate of exchange.
Excellent customer service happy to do business with this company and location very friendly and accommodating
These people are the most racist people on the planet. They treat me like a criminal when i went there . They took my financial information , drivers licence , and finacial documents to exchange 600 dollars ... I am a visible minority and noticed othet people walking in with 1000s of dollars and there money was exhanged with in seconds. I am not sure why i had to get "approved" to have money exchanged from these people . I dont sell drugs , i dont have a criminal record . However these people made it quite obvious that they do not like minority even though they claim to not have these biases. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .
I followed the advice found in a lot of travel sites and reddit, yes it is a quick and easy transaction. I was served almost immediately and without any hiccups
Quick helpful easy
Called around to a few different places and they had the best rate including the $3.50 service fee. They beat all the banks. Quick call to confirm amount and what country. I will use again
I just bought some SAR from this branch. I called to confirm if they have currency in stock, which they did, as per a friendly voice over the phone. I walked to the counter and almost unwelcomed by a lady - definitely no the one over the phone. It was quick and easy transaction. Their rate was better than my TD Preferred customer rate.
Only suggestion I would have is, the CSR should make the customers a bit welcomed. I would definitely go there again in future.
Great location, great rates (better than big 5 banks), convenient hours, helpful staff. My one issue was that I called ahead and asked if they had Hungarian, Turkish, Croatian, and Euros, to which they replied "yes". When I arrived a few hours later, they had 3 currencies but not the Croatian. Unfortunately, I still have to go back this week to get the Croatian, and will have to pay the $3.50 service fee again. Not thrilled about this, but I don't hold it against them (it happens). I have been going to Calforex for 12 years, usually just before and just after a major vacation, and have otherwise always had excellent service at this location.
