The Calgary Association of Legal Managers is the Calgary Chapter of the International Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) which was formed in 1971 and has more than 9, 000 members representing more than 5, 000 employers in over twenty countries. ALA and its chapters provides educational opportunities and services to legal management professionals and has become an international premier resource for law firm management. The Calgary Chapter's Mission Statement is to assist members in acquiring skills for effective law office management, and supporting its members to achieve their goals and aspirations in a fulfilling and rewarding environment.
