Update (Nov 2017): Just picked up my second vehicle from Calgary BMW. Again, another X3. Had the pleasure of dealing with Mike .W again for this transaction. You cannot be in better hands from order to delivery. Another great experience from the team at Calgary BMW.

Visited Calgary BMW parts counter for automotive part for my vehicle. The staff that helps me was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service at the parts counter made me feel confident and comfortable with no up selling pressure. They know their vehicles and parts. Pricing on the other hand is a different story, but this rating is based on the service that I received.

Mike W. went above and beyond for service when purchasing my first BMW. He showed me a few different models that were suitable to my life style and made excellent recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and very professional. Originally, I was going to buy from a competing brand however Mike introduced me to the BMW 430i (love at first sight). He got me excited about the brand. After purchasing the vehicle he took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle (great & fun experience). Mike really made me feel like a valued customer and he never made made me feel pressured. I would recommend Mike W. to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I am extremely happy with my new purchase :) Mike W. did a fantastic job... Will defiantly be a returning costumer. Great service from everyone at BMW from all angles. Brittany and Cassandra in finance were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The store manger was also great. Wonderful experience. Keep up the good work.

When I bought my first BMW 2 years ago, Mike Wozniak provided HANDS DOWN the best service I have ever encountered while purchasing a vehicle. I was blown away by the level of service we received from Mike from start to finish. I actually purchased my vehicle from Bavaria BMW in Edmonton before Mike moved to Calgary, and he was so extraordinary that we plan to drive to Calgary to hopefully buy our second BMW from him in the near future. He is worth the drive and even if we don't buy a new vehicle this year, we look forward to working with him for many years to come!

First of all I have always been a BMW fan, this purchase is my third BMW and our first X5 and we couldn't be happier with the brand. Having said that Michael Wozniak has made us a BMW fan for life, he was amazing on the test drive pushing my limits and getting a feel for the vehicle, his professionalism and genuine personality set him apart from any other salesman I have dealt with. I must admit the complications from the whole "exporting" of the X5 vehicles make the purchasing of a new vehicle a little intimidating but Michael was supportive, understanding and sincere with helping us through the whole process. Calgary BWM will not stand behind the service work they perform.
At 75,000 km took my X1 in due to a brake warning light. I was told the rear brakes needed to be completely done to which I agree and they completed the work.
A month later the warning light went on again, so I took the X1 back in, and told them it must be the front brakes because the rear ones were just done. Later they called me and told me that the problem was a broken sensor in the rear brake (the ones they had just worked on a month earlier) however they proceeded to replace the front brakes anyway (really without my authorization) even though that was not the source of the warning light, they explained that the front brakes would’ve needed to be done soon anyway, so I was OK with that. What I was not OK with is that they were charging the replacement of the sensor (that they had just replaced a month earlier) because somehow, according to them, I broke it driving over a rock (blame the customer first). Not true, the car was driving exclusively on Calgary roads (I use it to commute only). So I asked them to show me the sensor (I’m a mechanical engineer and routinely perform failure analysis). It was very obvious to anyone technically inclined that the failure was due to something rubbing against the cable, so a month of rubbing chewed up the cable, no signs of impact from a rock, the sensor was not properly attached. They finally agreed to pay for the sensor but it was not easy, they never gave me the chance to speak to a service technician, they let you only communicate with customer service (not a technical person) so the experience is frustrating.
Right after the front brakes were done, I took the X1 back because of extremely loud squealing noise. They told me is was normal for “high performance brakes” (why didn’t the original brakes squeal?). At about 15000 km after the front brakes were done I started to feel the steering wheel vibrating when braking, so I took the car in (at about 20000 km after the brake work) and to my surprise they simply told me that I had to do ALL the brakes again, front and rear at my cost, because of signs of overheating “due to my driving” (the advisor told me I must drive very fast. Not true, and besides BMW cannot be driven fast?). Once again, blame the customer first. The original brakes had lasted 75000 km (the front actually 85000 and it was not yet totally worn). Once again impossible to talk to a service manager or technician, only a non-technical customer service person. I briefly spoke to the general manager who told me he was going to call me back but never did. So I’m now faced with re-doing brakes that should’ve normally lasted approx. 70000 km, only after 20,000+ km (needless to say, I pay more to have the brakes done at the dealership). Having brakes done is trivial mechanical work so this experience speaks poorly about Calgary BMW competence.

Thank you Michael Wozniak for your great care and professionalism while guiding me through my X1 purchase. Honestly it was a lot of fun dealing with this personable young man. Michael went out of his way to pick me up as I travelled one way from Edmonton and ensured all my needs were met. The Sales Manager Justin had Michael would look after me and he could not have done more to meet my expectations. The finance staff of Brittany and Mel were amazing and Nathan was patient explaining some of the features the car is capable of. All in all the Dealership went above and beyond. I love my new car!

Was recently in the market for a new vehicle and after much consideration, chose the X1. I love, love, love this vehicle. I got all (yes, all) the bells and whistles and use most of them on a daily basis. My favourite (most fun) is the manual shifting followed closely by the sports mode when hitting the highway. This vehicle had many options I had as "must have" in a vehicle size I wanted.

A very special thank you to Dan Gulin for his persistence and patience as I debated and waffled and to Dan and his management team who made sure I felt valued and got value in the final hours. I felt comfortable and unrushed in selecting the right vehicle for me. I would recommend Dan, this dealership and BMW to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. I am actively recommending the above mentioned to my work colleagues as well.

Wow. What a seriously amazing experience. I used my phone to seamlessly online for only a few days ahead of time and popped in really early in the morning. The technician that helped me, Andrei Enica, was AMAZING. He blew my mind with his professionalism. Everyone I came in contact with at Calgary BMW was incredible. Did business with Service, and Parts, for a used BMW owned by my son. Absolutely excellent experience. They did a full inspection, provided excellent input, were never pushing but rather totally honest and respectful. Went beyond the call of duty. No hesitation to recommend them. Well done!
