Service advisor Jesse was phenomenal to work with. Mechanic Kyle went out of his way to explain the problem my 328i had. We were traveling from over 2,000 miles away out of the country. One of the fuel injectors went out on my car unexpectedly. Calgary BMW got us taken care of within 5 hours. The bill was pricey but that's to be expected with a car like this at the dealership. Jesse was kind enough to lower the bill slightly to alleviate the stress. We have driven 800 miles since and my car is still driving like a champ! �

In the past I have always dreaded taking my vehicle to the dealership and in recent years delegated that job entirely to my husband . I always felt the service reps would try to sell me repairs I didn't need, overcharge, and never be on time. We've had our BMW for about 1.5 years now and it was time for the scheduled maintenance . My husband, though was out of town and I was given the task of taking the vehicle in for service today . Wow!!!! What a different experience from anything I've encountered in the past!! From the time I walked in the front door to my shuttle rides downtown, and check out experience.....everyone was top- notch, professional and courteous! And my car is so clean!!! Thank you BMW - and my husband thanks you too since this is one less job for him!

I don't know whats up with all the bad reviews, everytime I go there everyone is friendly and helps me out. I bought a BMW 435i xdrive m-performance with Gregs help and I must say i'm very happy with it. Few days ago I took my car to change the tires at it was done by the time they said. Everyone was very helpful the sales menager and service guys. Therefore for me I'm happy with Calgary BMW :)

Had a wonderful experience at Calgary BMW when buying our 2018 X5. We loved working with Anthony Brice, he was recommended to us by friends and has been working there for over 15 years! He is very knowledgeable (he has 2 BMW's himself), practical, and NO PRESSURE! So refreshing while we were shopping at different dealers and makes. We got everything we wanted (and more) at a fair price that we were happy with. From test driving, to purchasing, to financing (thanks to Brittany), we were so happy and impressed with everyone and their service. Dealt with Donald Dore today as my service advisor he was very professional and took care of my requests in a quick and efficient manner. I’m really impressed with the dealership overall I bought the car here a month ago and just had winter wheels installed however my experience here has been great right from the first time I came in to “kick tyres” Michael Wozniak my salesman took care of everything beyond my expectation I cannot say enough good stuff about my experience here. It’s nice to see that customer service isn’t dead everywhere�

I should really be giving them 1-Star but that feels like overkill. I went there for years and time after time the issue I needed fixed would take more than a day... so it would mess up my schedule and I would never be given a loaner for some reason so it would also affect my family/friends who had to pick me up from there. When I would come back to pick it up I'd drive out of their lot and the same light would come on on my dash. I'd turn around and leave it with them again for another day. Sometimes this happened 3x for one issue. One time it was literally to change my gas cap which would shut off my engine light and somehow they signed off that it was done when it was never even started. I picked it up and paid them all while my old gas cap was still on there. They don't seem to respect the time of their customers. I know it isn't the entire dealership's fault but some of their service employees are apparently incompetent. Two stars is kind.

Had to bring my car for service twice trying to fix the same issue. Every time was told the issue was fixed only to see it appear immediately after leaving the shop. This is not my expectation of quality work by highly trained technicians. Having to beg for a decent loaner car was ridiculous. After collecting my car a week later, the car wasn't even washed, found food in the car that did not belong to me. How is this for good service?!

Worst Servicing Experience In The World! I have had my X6 in the shop for over 8 weeks in 1 year with BMW. I bought my car brand new 2011 BMW X6 from them and have always had it serviced with them. The car has literally never been taken off of an oil consumption report and despite me bringing it into the shop to fix over 4 times with me reporting the oil leak issues over 10 times, the car still has engine leaks and repairs required. The first 2 years, they told me that it was normal and that its because the car is new and thats how BMW X6 are. They basically dragged me out for 2 years with excuses or lack of understanding of the car to the point where the warranty lapsed. I am now down to the conclusion that either the engine is faulty or the servicing here is not done properly. I have spent over $25,000 in servicing alone with this dealership and they can't even tell me what the real issue is and cannot guarantee that the engine won't leak again. Which they already did last time I fixed it when they told me that there is a customer care package. Then when it leaked again after 3 months, they told me to read the fine print, it only covers certain parts of the engine and not these other parts. This is not the way to treat a customer or anyone. This is not why people buy BMWs!

They forgot to put our engine cover on after fixing a recall. The first time we took it to the car wash the the water fried the coils and spark plus. $1500 repair. After being repaired we went to pick it up and the backed it into another car. They didn't offer any compensation.

The service at bmw was so terrible!!!!they lost my car 5 times so it took 2 weeks longer to fix my car and then said. When they call me to pick up my car they said its all fix and wash pick up before 9. So I went at 8 and they could find my car again and then it wasn't wash and it say on your bill that they do it. If they forget the little things like to wash your car. That me really nervous like what else did they forget!!!!! Hope I didn't pay them for nothing. I almost want to sell my car because that was suck a bad experience.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with BMW Calgary. Each time I have brought my vehcile in for Service they always seemed to fix one thing and brake another. Last time I had it in for service to change the noxsensors we got the vehicle back we drove off for 30 min and the engine light turned on . My husband drove back to BMW but the Serive was closed the other employees didn't want to bother looking further into it. My husband was told to drive it home (2 hrs away) like that and to bring it in next time.



Few days later we sent it back to have it scanned and was told that the catalic converter needs to be changed. Once we were told that we didn't want to fix it as we had fixed it less than 2 years ago. We then took the vehicle and drove it home while driving home our vehcile turned off in a middle of a 2 way highway, I was very pregnant and it was a very hot day.



We called BMW and told them of the issue and was told that the vehicle cannot turn off because of the catalic converter and was told to call a tow truck and bring the vehicle back to Calgary so it can be scanned again.



We waited for over an hr once the tow truck came the driver took over an hr to get the vehicle on the deck. We called BMW and asked how to put it in N only to find out that you have to go under the vehicle(middle of very busy highway) under driver side to unscrew somewhere in the transmission .



Neddless to say once we took it back to Calgary they scanned it again and they called and told us there was a problem with the harness and they were looking more into it and that it will cost close to $4000.00 and had to get it ordered which would take 1 month.



They asked for our permission to keep dignonsing the vehicle as we would have to pay for it. We gave them the permission. Next morning we received a call from BMW apologizing as the noxsensors were connected wrong way.



BMW has put my family at risk due to mistakes that they have made and no one took responsibility for their actions.



Long story short when we went to pick up the vehcile we spoke to them in regards to putting the vehicle under warranty due to all the problems they have caused. They didn't care about the issues and was told they couldn't do anything.



I have never had so many problems with any vehicle as I have with my BMW. It's not the vehicle thats the problem it's the Calgary BMW they seem to be out for the money they don't seem to care if they put someone's life at risk.

I am now down to the conclusion that either the engine is faulty or the servicing here is not done properly. I have spent over $25,000 in servicing alone with this dealership and they can't even tell me what the real issue is and cannot guarantee that the engine won't leak again. Which they already did last time I fixed it when they told me that there is a customer care package. Then when it leaked again after 3 months, they told me to read the fine print, it only covers certain parts of the engine and not these other parts. This is not the way to treat a customer or anyone. This is not why people buy BMWs!

They forgot to put our engine cover on after fixing a recall. The first time we took it to the car wash the the water fried the coils and spark plus. $1500 repair. After being repaired we went to pick it up and the backed it into another car. They didn't offer any compensation.

When they call me to pick up my car they said its all fix and wash pick up before 9. So I went at 8 and they could find my car again and then it wasn't wash and it say on your bill that they do it. We called BMW and told them of the issue and was told that the vehicle cannot turn off because of the catalic converter and was told to call a tow truck and bring the vehicle back to Calgary so it can be scanned again.



We waited for over an hr once the tow truck came the driver took over an hr to get the vehicle on the deck. We called BMW and asked how to put it in N only to find out that you have to go under the vehicle(middle of very busy highway) under driver side to unscrew somewhere in the transmission .



Neddless to say once we took it back to Calgary they scanned it again and they called and told us there was a problem with the harness and they were looking more into it and that it will cost close to $4000.00 and had to get it ordered which would take 1 month.

Service advisor Jesse was phenomenal to work with. Mechanic Kyle went out of his way to explain the problem my 328i had. We were traveling from over 2,000 miles away out of the country. One of the fuel injectors went out on my car unexpectedly. Calgary BMW got us taken care of within 5 hours. The bill was pricey but that's to be expected with a car like this at the dealership. Jesse was kind enough to lower the bill slightly to alleviate the stress. We have driven 800 miles since and my car is still driving like a champ! �

I should really be giving them 1-Star but that feels like overkill. I went there for years and time after time the issue I needed fixed would take more than a day... so it would mess up my schedule and I would never be given a loaner for some reason so it would also affect my family/friends who had to pick me up from there. When I would come back to pick it up I'd drive out of their lot and the same light would come on on my dash. I'd turn around and leave it with them again for another day. Sometimes this happened 3x for one issue. One time it was literally to change my gas cap which would shut off my engine light and somehow they signed off that it was done when it was never even started. I picked it up and paid them all while my old gas cap was still on there. They don't seem to respect the time of their customers. I know it isn't the entire dealership's fault but some of their service employees are apparently incompetent. Two stars is kind.

This is not my expectation of quality work by highly trained technicians. Having to beg for a decent loaner car was ridiculous. When they call me to pick up my car they said its all fix and wash pick up before 9. So I went at 8 and they could find my car again and then it wasn't wash and it say on your bill that they do it. If they forget the little things like to wash your car. That me really nervous like what else did they forget!!!!! Hope I didn't pay them for nothing. I almost want to sell my car because that was suck a bad experience.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with BMW Calgary. Each time I have brought my vehcile in for Service they always seemed to fix one thing and brake another. Last time I had it in for service to change the noxsensors we got the vehicle back we drove off for 30 min and the engine light turned on . My husband drove back to BMW but the Serive was closed the other employees didn't want to bother looking further into it. My husband was told to drive it home (2 hrs away) like that and to bring it in next time.



Few days later we sent it back to have it scanned and was told that the catalic converter needs to be changed. Once we were told that we didn't want to fix it as we had fixed it less than 2 years ago. We then took the vehicle and drove it home while driving home our vehcile turned off in a middle of a 2 way highway, I was very pregnant and it was a very hot day.



We called BMW and told them of the issue and was told that the vehicle cannot turn off because of the catalic converter and was told to call a tow truck and bring the vehicle back to Calgary so it can be scanned again.



We waited for over an hr once the tow truck came the driver took over an hr to get the vehicle on the deck. We called BMW and asked how to put it in N only to find out that you have to go under the vehicle(middle of very busy highway) under driver side to unscrew somewhere in the transmission .



Neddless to say once we took it back to Calgary they scanned it again and they called and told us there was a problem with the harness and they were looking more into it and that it will cost close to $4000.00 and had to get it ordered which would take 1 month.



They asked for our permission to keep dignonsing the vehicle as we would have to pay for it. We gave them the permission. Next morning we received a call from BMW apologizing as the noxsensors were connected wrong way.



BMW has put my family at risk due to mistakes that they have made and no one took responsibility for their actions.



Long story short when we went to pick up the vehcile we spoke to them in regards to putting the vehicle under warranty due to all the problems they have caused. They didn't care about the issues and was told they couldn't do anything.



I have never had so many problems with any vehicle as I have with my BMW. It's not the vehicle thats the problem it's the Calgary BMW they seem to be out for the money they don't seem to care if they put someone's life at risk.
