Top 10 reasons you (and your kids) should join our karate club.

1. In 2020, Karate will be in the Tokyo Olympics. We are affiliated with the Canadian Olympic Committee and can help you get there, if that's your dream.

2. We have a ton of certified blackbelts. 21 to be exact. What does this mean?
-Class is always changing - you or your kids will never be bored.
-Small student to teacher ratio - lots of one-on-one, personalized coaching.
-We'll get your kids tired, so you don't have to.
-We teach discipline, respect, hard work, teamwork, self-confidence, how to focus, conflict-resolution . . . Important life-lesson stuff.

3. We come in all shapes, sizes, abilities and ages. Our oldest practitioner is over 75, our youngest is under 5. We have people with old injuries, asthma, physical limitations, haven't been active in a while, aren't as fit as they would like to be, and aren't coordinated. We see your excuses. Throw them out. We can modify your workout so it fits you.

4. We go for beer and appies on Wednesdays. 'Nuff said.

5. If you bring a friend, and they sign up for at least one semester, you get a $100 online credit. The more people you refer, the more you get. Easy math.

6. We go on cool karate trips like to Edmonton and Canmore. . . And Switzerland, Dominican Republic, Italy and JAPAN this year!

7. If you sign up for a whole year, classes equate to only ~$6 per class.

8. We teach you how to kick, punch, throw and be thrown. But also, we play with weapons. Bad day at work? Over.

9. You get in shape, meet some pretty rad people, improve your flexibility and learn a pretty cool life skill, how to be a ninja, which can be translated to other aspects of life.

10. I'm there.

Love, Mini Ming.
