Incredible meat for barbecue season. Sometimes very good offers that beat every other supermarket.

We are co-op members and do some of our shopping here. We do find that some of the prices are a little higher than other locations in Calgary like Superstore or no frills or even Safeway. However, the reality is that we do receive a nice members check at the end of each year that helps offset some of that cost. We're all hurting from food prices right now and it's nice to save money where we can. Sometimes that's not co-op .
However, the reason I'm writing this today is because of some of the service I received by the self-checkout customer service rep. That was helping all of us get out this particular day. I can't for the life of me remember his name and I probably don't want to post it here anyway. But he noticed that I had something in my bag that had coupon attached to it. He took the time to come over and say hey. You purchased a can of soup and I've got a coupon here that will allow you to get a loaf of bread for free. I was amazed I'd never received something like this from someone working in a food store and I really appreciate it. He watched my stuff while I ran to the back and bakery area and picked out a loaf of bread. Brought it back and he zeroed it out for me. I did thank him and made sure he understood how appreciative I was.
These are the kinds of customer service interactions i wish i had on a more regular basis. The fact that somebody went out of their way to assist me saving just a couple of dollars means a lot. Four stars for this particular location. Five for customer service, 4 for prices that are a little too high.

Big parking, great location, super friendly and helpful service. One time, I was struggling with opening plastic bag then someone came and open it for me even before I ask for help. Always nicely stocked and veggies are fresh. Good selection of cheese, meat, olives, they even have small food court.

One of the nicest coop in town. Very busy here almost every night possible it is a downtown location and mostly everyone would walk if you live near by. It is clean and fresh produce, meat and dairy.

A huge supermarket with almost everything available. I am coming from London Ontario so I feel like the things a bit pricy. Nice staff. The bags cost 10 cents compared to 5 in London. Just got here and thats all the things I noticed. They also have a Indian spiced section to welcome Indians, loved that. Carts are sanitized after every customer uses it.

Good quality produce and grocery. They have hot and cold deli as well. Free parking with gas station

Everything is really really overpriced. Went in here yesterday to get some items for dinner. I ended up walking out because it was going to cost $27 for the 4 items I wanted. One of them was an avocado which was $4!
I ended up driving to Walmart instead and buying the same items for $12. Ironically they had a bag of organic avocado's for $5, only $1 more than Co-op was charging for 1. I know this store is geared towards convenience, but the price difference of this supermarket compared to other's I find crazy. They have a lot of stores like this in Europe and yes they maybe charge 20-30% more which is fine, but I regularly see in this store 100-200% more expensive. I'll give it 1 star because they staff are generally good, otherwise would be zero.

One Friday eve I caught Co-op show casing local produce. Fantastic experience and really great products. Local burgers, I have even bought again. Delicious curries. I love that Co-op does this. Just in general, Co-op is my go to for a quick shop.

One of my favourite places to shop. Overall, I find that they have the best prices for downtown shopping. Produce is always fresh and well stocked. Great selection of items at their lunch bars. Lots of salads and hot dishes to choose from. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Has a great atmosphere, enjoyable shopping experience overall.

They have a pretty good selection, and I'm glad they're across the street. Having been there a few times, I found their staff to be very helpful. I was asked if I needed help finding a certain cut of beef, and the cashier asked if I found everything. I actually missed something, but the cashier knew the aisle number and the gentleman helping me bag my groceries retrieved the item for me. Another time, there was an open self-checkout kiosk, but the light above it was broken. The attendant was quick to point me to it however. Finally, the guy manning the customer service desk was both helpful and efficient, which I appreciated after a long day at work. Their parking lot is big enough even during rush hour. I know, I can't believe I just gushed about a grocery store either.

Their butcher section is to die for! To be honest with you the whole place is immaculately set up. I wish I lived closer to this location. I'll be in there fresh deli section every day.

This is the best grocery store in the downtown core area. Everything is always fully in stock. Prices are great and they always have awesome sales on.

Staff were very friendly and their wine selection is extensive. Their sales are incredible. Good thing I don't live here!

Bit pricey but great in a pinch when you live downtown and need to grab a few groceries in the evening. Store is very clean and nicely laid out. Don't have to wait too long for a self checkout or if waiting for a cashier. Staff are friendly and helpful.
