Cowards lied about rules to sell me a liquor license instead of just saying they didn't want to sell it to me unless I bought some random amount of product. Even if you don't need a license I'd suggest not doing business with these dishonest folks. Thankfully online license applications will soon be available as many stores won't sell you licenses without minimum purchases, except Willow Park, they'll sell you a license without product purchase.
