In my experience, it's hard to find a reliable computer repair company. I know enough to be dangerous but some things should definitely be left to the professionals. I discussed with Lukas (owner) by phone my issue with my RAID array. He was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable and an appointment was set up, at which he resolved the issue, but was also open in explaining and answering my questions. Other issues were identified and dealt with as well (no controller installed, failed graphics card). Would definitely recommend.

Great and speedy service! My power shut off while windows was updating and my computer would no longer turn on. Called Best Buy and they quoted me 60$ to just "diagnose the problem" and I would then be charged an actual service fee after that. It would take them about a week to get me my computer back.

I called Luke in the evening, he answered and after I explained th had issue He quoted me 90$ and I would get my computer back the next day!

Would 100% recommend!
