Calgary Fingerprinting Services Description
DIGITAL FINGERPRINTING
- If you require a criminal record background check in Canada (or police clearance confirming you do not have a criminal record), you will need to be digitally fingerprinted. Digital fingerprints are also referred to as electronic fingerprinting or biometric fingerprinting.
INK FINGERPRINTING
- If your fingerprints are being processed outside Canada, you will require a set of ink fingerprints.
48 HOUR NAME CHECK
- Some employers may allow a criminal record background check based upon a name and date of birth search only.
- Though not as reliable as fingerprint-based searches, some employers prefer this search as it is faster.
OUTSIDE CANADA
- If you require a criminal record background check in Canada, but are currently outside Canada you must have your ink fingerprints converted to digital prints for processing by the RCMP.
- We are able to take your ink fingerprints, convert them to digital and submit them instantly to the RCMP for processing.
