Chris performed my inspection and I was glad to have him explain everything to me. I am a first-time home buyer and he explained to me the importance of numerous systems. He made sure I knew where my main waterline shut-off valve and furnace shut-off are located as well as signs to turn them off. My furnace filter was really dirty - Chris was explaining the importance of keeping clean filters telling me about seasonal packs I could buy. I had mentioned a few renovations I wanted in the future and Chris was able to explain why a few of my plans wouldn't work but also provided me with alternative options. I was very thankful for his architectural background! Overall, I would happily use Chris again and recommend him to friends and family!

I recently purchased a new home through a Builder in Calgary. My home was brand new and came with the full 10 year warranty, a friend suggested I get Chris in before the 1 year material warranty came to an end. BEST ADVICE EVER! Not only did he pick out material defects, he also brought up items that needed to be addressed for my 2 year delivery systems warranty. I definitely would not have known to be as detailed as Chris was. Extremely thankful and feel this was money well spent.

As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, but he was patient in answering them and explained everything clearly. He provided helpful perspective and gave suggestions and context as needed. The inspection report was provided quickly through a website link. We found the information was well organized and the site was easy to use. Chris also includes a personalized video explaining how to navigate the site and summarizes all the topics we discussed in person. He also points out additional tabs that we will need going forward with home insurance and the pre-possession walk-through. There is even a section with recommended contractors to help with the issues we came across. We thought the inspection would be stressful and overwhelming, but everything went so smoothly.
