Just dealt with Ivan in the purchase of a used 2013 Civic and he was really great! Relaxed and knowledgeable, answered all our questions clearly and promptly. Treated us respectfully and applied no pressure at all. My Wife and I have been long time Honda and Calgary Honda customers and this is one of the reasons we went back to them when looking for another vehicle.

From start to finish my experience at Calgary Honda exceeded my expectations! Every person that I interacted with was attentive, kind, and most importantly NOT pushy. It was a pleasant surprise to have service like this at a car dealership. Bilal was one of the best sales reps that I have had the pleasure of working with, and Jeff in the business office made signing off on my new Honda a comfortable experience. Had a wonderful experience of buying new Civic from Calgary Honda. Staff is friendly and not pushy at all. I found Mr. Peter Karas (Sales Department) quite helpful and sincere during the purchase. The most appreciable thing about this Dealership is their "After Sale-Customer Service". Experienced that whole team gives real value to their customers.
Definitely recommend this dealership if you want a trustworthy and best deal in town.

Very disappointed.
Took my CR-V for recall replacement of both airbags. Also had a new set of tires installed on the car while there, thinking it would save me some time, even though I knew I was paying more.
Shuttle driver took me home and picked me up again.
When I came to pick up the car, the cover over the spare tire was missing, so I had to wait until they could find it. No big deal. While I was waiting, I took a walk around the car and noticed the weights on the wheels were literally falling off. I reached down, picked a weight off the wheel with my fingers, and went to see the service manager. Soon after, a tech came, took the car away and re-balanced all four wheels with the correct weights. So I waited, a little annoyed, but still hopeful these guys would get it right.
So the car comes back and I leave the place. By the time I get home I notice a nice little permanent gouge in the dash where the passenger air-bag cover was pried off by the tech who changed the airbag. Big enough to upset you somewhat, depending on how you value your car. I then take another look at the wheels, and notice the valve stems were not changed. So I have a new set of tires with the old valve stems. That would have been nice to know when deciding to get the new tires installed.
The final kick in the pants came when I took the car out this weekend and cleaned it. As an added bonus and permanent reminder of the service and care that my car received from Calgary Honda, I got some nice permanent scuffs along my door sill (a few temporary ones too that I was able to remove) from the tech's boots getting in and out of the car.
So, no more Calgary Honda for me. I'll be calling Honda Canada to see if I can mooch or even buy a new airbag cover (to fix the one damaged by Calgary Honda) and I'll fix it myself. One star for the shuttle driver.

The good: My 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. This is a great SUV. The bad: Calgary Honda. I made a big mistake purchasing my $50000+ vehicle there. One of the main selling feature of this SUV was (at least to me and my family) that it was supposed to come with 5000 lbs towing capabilities. Since this is a dealer installed feature they were there not to install the full package, they installed the hitch only for 3500 lbs. This is a joke. And they deny to make up for their mistake. I keep on renting RVs because my Pilot is only good for a 3500 lbs trailer, which would be rather rolling tin can. These guys don't appreciate your business. Neither their service department. When I would complain about rusty running boards, shifting brake pads, malfunctioning sensors, they response is: Honda Canada issued a bulletin stating these issues are normal under certain conditions (like rusting running boards are fine in the winter environment). If that's a real statement from Honda Canada in regards a 1-2 y.o. Honda, then think it twice before buying Honda anywhere in Canada!

I went here for a test drive on a Civic Si. Certified pre-owned, car looked like it was in mint condition. I followed all the right steps, called in and asked about the car and booked a test drive over the phone 2 days in advance. When I got there, they were not expecting me to show up, the car was not ready for the said time to test drive, and the employees were VERY rude! The first sales associate I met was a woman, last name Miller I think, she was VERY, VERY rude! She refused to have to have the test drive set up right away and make me wait much longer than I should have. Finally after 45 mins, they had the car ready for a test drive, and when the woman (Miller) brought the keys, she doubted my ability to drive the manual Si. She insisted I verbally describe to her how to drive a manual so she knew that I had at-least some sort of idea on how to drive a manual. At that point, I was frustrated and requested to speak to a manager, who I was told had gone out on lunch. Frustrated and feeling like I had wasted valuable time, I decided to leave and not to the test drive, only to have Ms. Miller show even more attitude to me. She accused me of being a terrible customer and said I had intentionally made her go through the hassle of getting the car ready for a test drive, just to put her through the hassle and make her, and I quote, "feel miserable", once I had said I no longer wanted to do the test drive before speaking to a manager. Again, like I mentioned earlier, THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN CALGARY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I believe Ms. Miller has quite literally ruined Honda for me all together, I don't I see myself buying a Honda at all anymore. I'm sure all Honda dealerships aren't like this and maybe this was an exceptional case, but all in all, Ms. Miller has ruined my experience and opinion on Honda. I'm sure Toyota can provide me some better customer service in the coming week.

Just bought the new 2017 Civic Si, love the car, had a great experience here, everything went very smoothly, the salesman I dealt with; Peter Karas helped me in every way he could and exceeded my expectations, very happy with my experience here. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

I am absolutely amazed with the service I received when I bought my Nissan Juke from Calgary Honda. This dealership went above and beyond with their customer service and made my experience fantastic. There was minor body work that needed to be done with my Juke but Trevor and Haley took it upon themselves to ensure that the body work was fixed up before I picked up my vehicle. I am so thankful for all of their hard work and for putting in so much effort to ensure that I was happy with my vehicle when I purchased it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I will 100 per cent be coming back with any vehicle maintenance I have in the future. Thanks again Trevor and Haley for all of your hard work!

The sales team are awesome. They sold me my very first brand new car. The service team is absolutely horrendous.

From the moment you enter the building to the time you drive away with your car, you would just want to ask "what wrong did I ever do to you?!?!"

No please, no thank you, no smiles, no "would you like a complimentary car wash today?". Nothing. Just bitter, angry, hate their job type people who are just there to make their money by taking yours.

But I have to keep coming, because of the lifetime oil change fine print. I dread going there, every single time.
