Had a wonderful experience there! Getting into the vehicle I wanted was fairly painless and straight forward, they were honest and upfront while being friendly and inviting. Being in sales myself you tend to pay a bit more attention to how other reps communicate with prospects or customers and Taryn did a fantastic job and I will definitely refer my friends to her in the future

I had a great experience at this dealership. I was dealing with Mitri. He was knowledgeable and he let me take my time in making a decision. If you are looking for a non aggressive sales person who will let you take your time and actually asks you questions to determine what you would like for the best possible deal I would definitely recommend to go see him!

Everyone in this dealership is very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.Fuji, the Pre-owned Sales Consultant, does not push or force the sale. He helped me to choose the right vehicle for my needs; he also provided me with information about the special care of my vehicle that extends useful life of vehicle which I was not aware of. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking to buy a car. Fuji is a great salesperson to ask for help and advice with choosing the right vehicle for your needs. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Calgary Hyundai.

My sales rep was Fuji. I appreciated his sales manner....he listened to me, did not interrupt while I was speaking, was not pushy, he explained all the components of the vehicle during the test drive. After the test drive, he asked me how I liked the vehicle. I told him I liked it and made him an offer. My offered was countered. After another negotiating session, we shook on the deal. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Fuji made me aware that if I had any concerns with the vehicle to let him know. There were a few issues....power steering leak, a windshield wiper blade, and the trailer plug-in housing was missing. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction on a timely basis. Members of the service department were helpful. Lastly, I phoned Fuji after the sale and repairs were done, let him know I was happy with everything and that my low tire warning light comes on and he explained that the bitter cold weather was probably messing with the computer and that if the problem persisted, just bring it in. Overall, I would send a friend or colleague to Calgary Hyundai and ask for Fuji.

Can't speak highly enough about my experience at Calgary Hyundai. My time spent with Madison was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, personable and all around very easy to deal with. Madison was professional from start to finish and made sure all my questions were answered. After shopping around at other dealerships, the experience I had with Madison at Calgary Hyundai was recognizably above and beyond. I'd recommend to anyone and everyone wanting an easy, stress free shopping/buying experience!!

I only have good words to say about my experience at Calgary Hyunday. Madison and Dan were super fun to deal with. They responded to all questions, I didn't feel pressure to buy, but these guys made sure I got what I wanted in a car. They were helpful at different occasions after I already got the car. 👍🏻👍🏻It feels like they love what they do.

I came in today to get an oil change down and to get my 2013 Hyundai Elantra checked out and the customer serice was unbearable. First off I recently had to get the engine replace because it got rod knock after only 75k km, that is outrageous! Then after only 2000km of driving it with the new engine, the car was smoking so I immediately thought it was the head gasket, I brought the car in and the service techs said everything was fine! The next month it was doing it again. I brought it in and they didn't even look at it and said it was a recall next when I made the deal of the car I got 8 free oil changes, they declined that today and would not honor it. The name of the manager was Dan Fletcher. He was the rudest manager I have ever met. He continuously yelled and did not help with anything going on. Next I asked to speak to the service manager to see why they wouldn't give me my free oil change and he declined that, I next asked to see the buy out on the car and to get into a new one, and he refused to have my business! This place is terrible I would give it 0 stars if I could, and the manager Dan Fletcher should not be working there he was no help and very rude! Stay away from him at all cause!

I honestly would not only not recommend this place, but if someone solicits advice I will let them know to avoid this place. I booked an appointment pre-open for a test drive later in the day. I then received an email and a call to confirm my appointment only to receive yet another call informing me they had to bump my appointment an hour later to offer the 'right' customer service. Note I booked this appointment before they even opened, so it was definitely the time slot I was entitled to. I walk in at my new appointment time to the people who got MY appointment, shaking hands for the vehicle I had booked to test drive. The salesman informed me that I was correct and that it wasn't something that should have EVER happened and that they were going to figure this out and get me into something else. I received a message from the manager of their online sales department stating she would give me answers and she just stopped responding and didn't take responsibility for her department. Then I FINALLY receive a message from the salesman who was 'going to take care of it' letting me know he was all over it. I messaged both of these people after and both of them will now not respond. No accountability, the worst customer service and shady business practices is what this place is about. Buyer beware, who knows what else they do to make a buck. No actual care for the consumer. Such a disappointing experience as the vehicle I was going in to test drive was absolutely one I was buying that night...

Had a terrible experience at this dealership!! Staff there will rip you off and pressure you to buy a car you didn't even come for in the first place. Stay away from their manager Eddie!! You might find him super nice and friendly at the very beginning, but in reality he will take advantage of you real bad and rip you off as much as he can! I almost bought a car there and ruined my life for the next 6 years since the price he gave me was about $7,000 more than the real price on Hyundai official website and with the interest rate of 1.99% when financing when it's supposed to be 0%. He's a very shady guy and ripped off even his own family members selling them cars!! I'm super happy I didn't do business with this dealership and would NEVER recommend it to anyone I know.

Everyone I dealt with at Calgary Hyundai was super helpful.
Dan was incredibly nice, super fun and just an all around nice guy. He kept in touch with me, made sure I was happy with my purchase & that everything was going smoothly. There was a slight confusion with the body style i wanted, but it was quickly sorted out and I own a beautiful Hyundai Tucson.
Nikky was very efficient and knowledgeable when it came to everything in the finance department. I have purchased two cars previous to this and this was the fastest most efficient pick up that I have ever had. When it came to dealing with my previous loan, she was always there when I had concerns or difficulties.
After picking up my Tucson, and dropping off my Honda, i realized that I had forgotten my garage door opener in my Civic. I had contacted Taryn who put me in touch with Dan. I was on the other side of the city and it was during rush hour when I realized. Dan waited at Hyundai for me to get there (25 minutes after they closed) and it really showed how much they care about their customers.

Brought my 2012 elantra in with piston slap. Dealer replaced it even though it was out of warranty. They gave me a brand new loaner vehicle. I was in and out quickly. Devin in service is a legend and got me in and out as fast as possible while still getting every detail of my issue. Engine replaced within a few days, car is better than it was than when it was brand new, no joke. No more Hyundai 'startup' noise, still miles better than Mazda's metallic screech start. Anyway... I work with dealers everyday for my job and this was top notch customer service. Would recommend highly. Hyundai Gallery absolutely sucks compared to this place. Avoid Delawri dealerships at all costs FYI.

I had a decent experience in purchasing my vehicle here in 2013, and I found most people I've dealt with since then to be generally helpful and friendly (in all departments - sales, service, finance and admin). That said, I've dealt with other dealerships in town (i.e., Hyundai and non-Hyundai dealerships) and I have to agree with some other reviewers here that the client relations aspect - particularly the service department - could improve. It's not bad, but it's not great. It just is what it is. I don't think I'd personally return to this dealership, but I can still recommend them if you're local to the area and know exactly what you're looking for in a new vehicle.

if i could give this location less than 1 star I would....if you want to get ripped off and lied to this is the location to go to. If you want to bring you car in and leave without half of the services you paid for being done then this is the location for you. If you want to be blamed for 'not taking care of your car' although the advisors did an inspection on your car knowing theirs issues and just didnt tell you...this is the location for you. If you want someone to check your car and tell you everything is fine and you drive off the lot and the next day your car breaks now...this is the location for you. If you want to be told your car isn't drive-able and it will stall on the road and they want you to pay $1100.00 to replace something that doesnt need to be replaced and you drive for the next 4 months and absolutely NOTHING happening...this location is for you. I wouldn't suggest this location to my worst enemy. be aware
