Yesterday I have been to Calgary Hyundai for the third car service in my Elantra. Joey Campbell was really professional and took care of everything. He also helped me with a silly doubt I had. Based on yesterday's interaction, I surely recommend Calgary Hyundai a good place to do business with.

My experience with Calgary Hyundai was excellent. I'm currently shopping for a new vehicle so obviously I had a ton of questions. Taryn Benson was very helpful. She was knowledgeable when it came to the brand and was very pleasant and profession when answering all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured in anyway. I felt like she was actually looking out for my individual needs and not just trying to "sell me something". I would recommend talking to her if you have any questions regarding a new or used vehicle. Thanks again Taryn!

Just wanted to comment on my recent maintenance experience at CH. My 2010 Santa Fe was recently in for its 96K tune up & one of the issues I wanted to have looked at was a noise coming from the drive train. Turns out the transmission was pooched. At 105K kms! The bearings were washed out & making the noise & the transmission is identified as a "non-serviceable" item. Really glad I put that extended warranty on it. :-)

And a very special mention goes out to Jackie in the service department, she was awesome in getting the work scheduled, completed & my car back to me no problem. She set me up with a loaner Sonata that worked just great and Jackie was, as always professional & friendly. Thanks J, you rock there.

It's been a little over a year since I bought my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe and a couple of times thru the service department and all I can say is my overall experience here at Calgary Hyundai each and every time has been amazing! Right from my sales lady Rebekah El-Rafih to Kim Power my finance lady, and everyone in the service department especially Joey Campbell they have all made sure that I've gotten what I've wanted and that my vehicle has been maintained to the highest performance! As a woman, I find it hard to trust anyone with my vehicle but he was honest as to what I really needed, super helpful and had a great sense of humour. I recently took my dad shopping for a new car. We went to many dealerships and talked to many salespeople, some gave us good service but most of them were typically rude which gives buying a new car a bad reputation and experience. That is until we went to Calgary Hyundai and walked in the door to see a smiling face Justin who came to take care of us he was kind, a good listener and he wanted to sell us a car without any pressure. His sales manager Madison was also wonderful and he worked very very hard to get us the best price possible even though I was probably annoying him by negotiating really hard for my dad. Rena in the finance department explained everything so it was easy to understand and also did a great job getting us the best rates on our purchase so thank you very much to everyone at Calgary Hyundai I will recommend you to my family, friends and work Associates. My Dad loves his new Elantra. I haven't seen him smile that big for two years. If you read this and you're thinking about buying a new car why don't you start at this dealership then you won't have to be annoyed at all the others.

I haven't been to the dealer in a long time because of the high prices and slow service. But Joey Campbell at calgary Hyundai has changed my mind all together. The service I received on my Hyundai accent was amazing and affordable. Joey Campbell explained everything to me so I could understand and had me in and out in a jiffy. I will definitely be returning to calgary Hyundai for service. Thanks Mr Campbell, your service is amazing!

Before heading over to Calgary Hyundai, the process of buying a car was a giant hassle that I wasn't enjoying. Once I got to Calgary Hyundai, everything was a breeze! Fuji and Nikky were phenomenal and made it easy and enjoyable to buy my new car. If I need another vehicle in the future I will definitely come back here!

When I first moved to Calgary about three years ago, I started using Calgary Hyundai to get my Tucson serviced. They used to be absolutely wonderful, however, within the last year I've found they've majorly gone downhill. It's next to impossible to get a hold of the service department. Sometimes I'd call 6 or 7 times in a day and no one from service was ever available. Once, I called as soon as service opened and was told they weren't even taking calls for another hour because they were all in a meeting. Even if I left a message, I wouldn't get a call back until at least a day later. Way too frustrating. I've switched to Country Hills Hyundai and have so far had a much better experience there.

Worst Service department, They quoted me a Key for 2009 Sonata (key plus program) $179.00, but showed me final bill for $319.0, never called back, and courtesy service call,

When I asked that quoted price was different, they showed a worst attitude, tensed place to stay in, Service Manager slammed the door, unbelievable !! Will not recommend or return to this dealership.

This dealership needs to get it together. They were completely disorganized and rude when dealing with an OIL CHANGE this morning. I was told that I had never been there before (I purchase the vehicle there and have brought it in at least 3 times for service), that my VIP oil changes wasn't ever accepted (um, how have it used it there before then and why do I have a letter confirming the program?) and was passed from Sales to Service multiple times. I haven't been happy with the service here since before I even drove the car off the lot.



The reason I was even offered this VIP oil change is because of the poor service I received when I purchased my vehicle in 2015. There was a scratch on the car, my trade in value rate was changed after the initial deal was done and I had to come in to re-do my finance papers multiple times because they kept forgetting things. Just disorganized and simply dishonest.



I shouldn't have to deal with internal problems of not keeping track of your paper work or having the information update properly. My boyfriend waited for an HOUR waiting for the managers sort this out between themselves and finally got an answer when he talked to the GM directly.



I've dealt with other Hyundia dealership/service departments before - having owned 3 hyundias in my life and this one has been the most disappointing.



I will not recommend anyone come here in the future.

Just visited the dealer inquiring about a new vehicle. Staff very friendly but poor management. When it comes to a trade they insult your intelligence and try to give you auction prices for your vehicle. They have no problem charging full price for their vehicles. All in all a very bad experience and will not be purchasing or recommending this dealer.

When I first moved to Calgary about three years ago, I started using Calgary Hyundai to get my Tucson serviced. They used to be absolutely wonderful, however, within the last year I've found they've majorly gone downhill. It's next to impossible to get a hold of the service department. Sometimes I'd call 6 or 7 times in a day and no one from service was ever available. Once, I called as soon as service opened and was told they weren't even taking calls for another hour because they were all in a meeting. Even if I left a message, I wouldn't get a call back until at least a day later. Way too frustrating. I've switched to Country Hills Hyundai and have so far had a much better experience there.

Worst Service department, They quoted me a Key for 2009 Sonata (key plus program) $179.00, but showed me final bill for $319.0, never called back, and courtesy service call,

When I asked that quoted price was different, they showed a worst attitude, tensed place to stay in, Service Manager slammed the door, unbelievable !! Will not recommend or return to this dealership.

This dealership needs to get it together. They were completely disorganized and rude when dealing with an OIL CHANGE this morning. I was told that I had never been there before (I purchase the vehicle there and have brought it in at least 3 times for service), that my VIP oil changes wasn't ever accepted (um, how have it used it there before then and why do I have a letter confirming the program?) and was passed from Sales to Service multiple times. I haven't been happy with the service here since before I even drove the car off the lot.



The reason I was even offered this VIP oil change is because of the poor service I received when I purchased my vehicle in 2015. There was a scratch on the car, my trade in value rate was changed after the initial deal was done and I had to come in to re-do my finance papers multiple times because they kept forgetting things. Just disorganized and simply dishonest.



I shouldn't have to deal with internal problems of not keeping track of your paper work or having the information update properly. My boyfriend waited for an HOUR waiting for the managers sort this out between themselves and finally got an answer when he talked to the GM directly.



I've dealt with other Hyundia dealership/service departments before - having owned 3 hyundias in my life and this one has been the most disappointing.



I will not recommend anyone come here in the future.

Just visited the dealer inquiring about a new vehicle. Staff very friendly but poor management. When it comes to a trade they insult your intelligence and try to give you auction prices for your vehicle. They have no problem charging full price for their vehicles. All in all a very bad experience and will not be purchasing or recommending this dealer.

Just wanted to comment on my recent maintenance experience at CH. My 2010 Santa Fe was recently in for its 96K tune up & one of the issues I wanted to have looked at was a noise coming from the drive train. Turns out the transmission was pooched. At 105K kms! The bearings were washed out & making the noise & the transmission is identified as a "non-serviceable" item. Really glad I put that extended warranty on it. :-)

And a very special mention goes out to Jackie in the service department, she was awesome in getting the work scheduled, completed & my car back to me no problem. She set me up with a loaner Sonata that worked just great and Jackie was, as always professional & friendly. Thanks J, you rock there.

It's been a little over a year since I bought my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe and a couple of times thru the service department and all I can say is my overall experience here at Calgary Hyundai each and every time has been amazing! Right from my sales lady Rebekah El-Rafih to Kim Power my finance lady, and everyone in the service department especially Joey Campbell they have all made sure that I've gotten what I've wanted and that my vehicle has been maintained to the highest performance! I recently took my dad shopping for a new car. We went to many dealerships and talked to many salespeople, some gave us good service but most of them were typically rude which gives buying a new car a bad reputation and experience. That is until we went to Calgary Hyundai and walked in the door to see a smiling face Justin who came to take care of us he was kind, a good listener and he wanted to sell us a car without any pressure. His sales manager Madison was also wonderful and he worked very very hard to get us the best price possible even though I was probably annoying him by negotiating really hard for my dad. Rena in the finance department explained everything so it was easy to understand and also did a great job getting us the best rates on our purchase so thank you very much to everyone at Calgary Hyundai I will recommend you to my family, friends and work Associates. My Dad loves his new Elantra. I haven't seen him smile that big for two years. If you read this and you're thinking about buying a new car why don't you start at this dealership then you won't have to be annoyed at all the others.
