Absolutely love everything about this store. It's a small family owned jewelry store. Affordable prices, amazing service. The employees are knowledgeable and understanding. I never feel like I'm just being sold on something, they genuinely care to make sure you love what you're purchasing.

I went in there with a mission to find a simple wedding band. Service was wonderful, professional and was personable. The gentleman I had was Jeff. He wasn't pushy on selling (as most other places do) he was more informative, practical, and understanding. Price he quoted for me was fair with minimal negotiation required in comparison to the retail price. I would come back if I need my ring replaced or to purchase a new one.

The staff were so nice and friendly. I only needed an extra link added to a watch I had purchased elsewhere. They did the work so quickly and it was perfect. The is a great selection of watches and jewelry, I'll be back based on their excellent service.

Often in high end watch stores, I have not received the warmest welcome to the point where I put formal wear on just to be treated worthy when I go. Calgary Jewellery staff are always enthusiastic to show me the pieces they carry. Recently I have taken watches and rings for repair and appraisal and their service was impeccable.
