These guys get customer service, friendly, fast and keen attention to detail. I dropped to have my muffler looked at. They had it on the hoist repaired right away. Apparently they do tire installs to, same say I brought my car and winter tires back, and purchased a new set of winters for my other car. Fair priced and great service...and I have my weekend back! Great service!! Spoke with Al over the phone to get tires mounted and balanced and was very honest. Wife took the car in and they never tried to upsell or make anything up like other shops do

What a great group of people! I'm an American who was stuck in Calgary for a week after a neverending series of auto repairs. I just had the transmission fixed finally but as I finally drove off, I realized 1) the exhaust was entering my vehicle and killing me, and 2) it was dying and choking while idling or moving in low gears. I called Calgary Mufflers almost in tears - I was at my wit's end for car trouble and mechanical scams, and it was vital I get home asap to start work. The woman who answered was calm, polite, and asked me to head right in.

When I got there, I felt instantly reassured by their friendliness and professionalism. Despite appearing quite busy, they had a look at my Jeep right away and immediately found the problem. They showed me what was wrong, explained why it was a problem, and said that although it needed a great deal more work, they would be able to do a temporary repair (cut off the pipe to the exhaust manifold and reweld it on) so I could get home. They told me up front how much it would cost and how long it would take. They were prompt, honest, and reassuring. The repair solved the issue - it was now safe to drive, way quieter, and no longer choked or died at all.

I made it all the way to Illinois (at least 2500 kilometers) and it held up without a single issue. Thank you so much, you should be very proud of your work and customer service.

My little Subaru got a little sad after its exhaust had suffered some technical difficulties with the bolts snapping and the entire exhaust gone. Without an exhaust, it was really loud and I bought a new exhaust to get it fixed ASAP. I called many shops (Around 12 shops were called), stopped by multiple shops until I got to this place.

Not only did they get it fixed the day I brought my car in without an appointment (Of course I had to wait, but that's understandable for a popular shop), they realized my old gasket had a leak. The new exhaust installed, they let me bring in my car the following week and got my new gasket installed for free! I know lots of shops who've made me pay another fee to get something like that done. A small gesture by them has made me a life-long customer. I will be bringing all my cars for their exhaust needs to this shop!

TLDR; Love the shop and the understandable staff!

Al was very helpful. Came in for a rattling noise that was simply a 1 minute fix, and was not charged.

I had a broken heat shield and the guys at Calgary Muffler only charged me 20.00 for a repair. They didn't try to screw me.

Called them first and explained the noise and gave the make and model, over the phone he was sure it was 1 of 2 issues . I brought in my vehicle and sure enough the issue was exactly how Al described over the phone. And he even showed me in the parking lot the issue . Money was tight so he gave me a few options to go with.

I brought it in the next morning and luckily got in right away, and within 20 mins I was in and out and muffler was fixed and sounds great.

From when I first called, first showed up, and came in for my repair , Al was professional , took the time to not only explain but show me the issue without feeling rushed , all around one of the best customer service I've received when dealing with vehicle repairs.

Would definitely recommend, and any of my vehicles have issues Calgary Muffler Carline is where I'll be going.
