Asian Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast
Many marinades are filled with sweeteners, infusing your healthy dinner with unwanted simple sugars. This recipe removes all worry by using a small amount of liquid stevia along with other fresh and wholesome flavors to liven up this tender, grilled chicken breast.
Enjoy with a side of veggies!

Here’s what you need
For the Asian Marinade:
¼ cup coconut aminos ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon Liquid Stevia 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced 3 fresh scallions, thinly sliced For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Instructions
Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add the chicken breasts and marinade in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Oil the grill grate. Place chicken breast on the grill and discard the marinade. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through with no pink remaining. Enjoy! Nutritional Analysis

These bootcamp classes are different everyday. I am challenged to my limit every 30 minutes. Love the "family" of other bootcampers , so friendly and encouraging. Derek and Robyn go above and beyond their roles. I've been there over a year and a half and I have never ever been in better shape at 43 years old. Highly recommend !!

My experience here has been nothing but awesome! I'm so impressed with how positive and motiving the trainers are - I actually look forward to my workouts! This has been the only thing I've really been able to stick with, and I'm actually seeing results! Not only are my jeans fitting better, but I also have more energy. I was definitely skeptical at first, but I'm so glad I finally just got started. If you're thinking of trying it - DO IT! :)

It's fun, it's fast, and it's that extra push you need when you just can't do it on your own. The coaches are supportive, the other people there are supportive, and for a very self conscious person who has always felt out of place at the gym, I don't feel out of place here. I only wish I had found this place sooner.

I'm week 4 into my 6 week challenge and loving it. The bootcamp classes are awesome, always something different with positive, fun and energetic coaches. Love the community feel in the classes and online, especially Coach D's live vids which always seem to happen when you need that extra motivation.

I'm 4 weeks into the meal plan and have a love/hate relationship with it, but my body loves the detox and it's been a great mental challenge to stick to healthy and clean meals. I feel like I've finally found a fitness regime that's attainable for the long run ���

I was only 9 weeks post partum with my second baby when I decided to give Fit Body Boot Camp a try. Intimidated by the word "Bootcamp" it wasn't as scary as one would think. Every exercise had options for levels of difficulty. It was fun! The baby weight was melting off, the weekly results were amazing and that's when it became the best addiction ever! It's not only about the numbers on the scale anymore, it's about the confidence boost and also the relationships you build with other members. The constant motivation you give each other and cheering each other on when goals are achieved and setting new goals and smashing them. Not to mention the coaches... Your not just another person in the gym, they truly care about you and want the best for you. Always there for support, encouragement and to give you the push when you feel like your slowing down and can't do it anymore. This is one exercise habit that will never get old. Thanks!

I took the FBBC 6 week challenge because I needed help to get back into shape after having 2 kids and I don’t regret a second of it. The meal plan was easy to follow and understand. You can be as creative with it as you want, as long as you are within the plan of course. I had my moments where I wanted to eat everything in site and have a drink or ten after a rough day with a two year old and a 3 month old but I kept thinking how hard I was working towards my goal and how much I needed to do this for myself. The coaches were fantastic and so supportive when you needed it. They push you to give your all and motivate you too keep going when you want to lay down and quit. I reached my goal that was set by the FBBC team and couldn’t have been happier with the results that I saw in just 6 weeks. This was not an easy quick fix but a life long change in the way I look at food and exercise. It was hard work and a huge change in my lifestyle but wouldn’t change a thing about it! I highly recommend FBBC!

I have a really busy lifestyle and I was losing motivation with my local gym membership. I needed a change so I tried Fit Body and have been very pleased with the results. It only takes 30 minutes with their HIIT style workouts, always different workout each day, including proper warm-ups and stretching - you'll never be bored with your workout. The coaches and owner are always keeping in contact with fitness, nutrition advice, answer questions etc. - they care about your goals. You will feel like part of a small community and members are like family. Fit Body is so unlike your regular gym.

I was SUPER skeptical. I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past with weight loss doctors, trainers and gyms....felt like I tried every diet - you name it.



I had my guard up to say the least.



Thankfully I did make this decision to take on their challenge - and I WON! Not only did I crush my 6 week goal, but I also found myself again.



On top of that I found a new “Fitness family” and team of coaches that actually care about you.



Do their challenge you will NOT regret it (only if you want results and a team that has your back!)

The biggest problem that I have with weight control is motivation, but at boot camp they motivated me to achieve significant milestones towards my target weight loss. Working with the trainer along with other trainees helped a great deal. I have achieved more than 4% body fat loss. Thank you.
