Additionally, Adam will email you a newsletter every couple days that outlines some exercises you can do at home so if you don't have time to go to the gym, you can do a quick workout at home. Included in these newsletters are recipes to delicious and healthy foods you can cook at home.

It's a boot camp style workout for Baby Boomers & 50+. Exactly what I wanted & needed!!! I wear hearing aids & a knee brace for my osteoarthritis, so the music needs to be quieter & I need to work around my knee. After being reassured by Adam that my needs would be met, I registered. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this class & club. Because they have done the courses on ageing & fitness they understand!!!

I recently completed the 6 week challenge and feel great! Each class is 35 minutes so it was easy to fit into my schedule no matter how busy I was and very session was led by enthusiastic and supportive staff that took the time to get to know you and your goals. In addition, throughout the six weeks I never saw a repeat workout so it was always something different to look forward to! I was doubtful that I’d be able to change in 6 weeks but Adam and his team proved me wrong. After the six weeks I feel stronger, have more energy, and more confidence! On top of those benefits, I’ve learned how to incorporate a healthy routine into my schedule as well as developed the techniques to work out properly to avoid injuries thanks to the boot camp team and program.
