I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for excellent customer service along with reasonable prices. I had some issues with my wheel bearing and Jags, Bill, and the rest of team ensured i got my car fixed asap. This is my go to place for any issues that I have with my car, and would highly recommend checking out this place if you are looking for a credible repair shop !

My husband took our car there with a transmission problem. We were unaware the car was still under powertrain warranty. The technician was very honest and checked with the manufacturer that the vehicle was still under (powertrain) warranty. It's really nice to see an honest guy helping you. I'd definitely bring my car there if I had to!!!

Just wanted to thank the guys at Calgary Transmission & Auto Repairs for doing a great job on my 2003 GMC Envoy. Ran into some troubles with my transmission back in November of 2016 and Jag was really helpful and he answered all my questions when I had first taken my vehicle in to be checked. They gave me a very reasonable price quote (in comparison to other places I had researched) and fixed my car in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this shop if anyone is having troubles with their vehicle. Great customer service, honest and reasonable prices and quality work. Highly Recommended!

HIGHLY RECCOMMEND. Had a positive experience dealing with Jag and Bill there. From them I got my transmission on my 2011 Honda Civic rebuilt in February 2017. They gave me a fantastic price compared to other transmission shops that I looked into. Calgary Transmission and Auto were reasonable with their prices and fairly efficient with getting the transmission rebuilt. I am very happy with the work done on my car and the customer service I received was exceptional. They explained to me what was wrong with my car in my initial meeting and gave me a quote on how much it would cost me and they answered all of my questions in a professional manner. These guys were very helpful and honest. If I need anything else done I will be coming back. Thanks guys!

DON'T RECOMMEND!!! On Dec 2016 my husband had taken his truck into Calgary transmission to get it rebuilt. The first week of Jan 2017 he noticed it was skipping which he took the truck in and they drove it apparently to Red Deer and back and couldn't find an issue.
A week later my husband was on his way to work and the transmission broke down.
He had called and the owner had expressed there was only a one year warranty and being this was 2 weeks over warranty they wouldn't honour it. To me this is BAD customer service and it's going to create a leak in their business and cause potentially loyal customers to slip away!!! YOU WON'T EVER GET ANOTHER NICKLE FROM ME! Plus I will be posting on all social media sites and with the BBB.

Best transmission shop in Calgary! Got my transmission replaced here without a hassle. The mechanics know their stuff. I highly recommended this shop if you're looking to repair your vehicle
