The ladies helping find my girls dress were amazing! Friendly. Helpful. Funny. Brought us all dresses within our budget! Found us a very reasonable option. I never thought id find a dress at that price at a store! So glad we stopped here. Their selection was great. The store was cleaned well and organized. The atmosphere was very friendly and just overall a great dress experience! I would send anyome lookiing for a dress to this store. I wish i had marked their names but i think each lady was super friendly n helpfull anyway. They all did such a great job finding my girl her dress! Thank you. You made a stressful day wonderful!

Stopped in yesterday, no appointment and was treated with so much kindness and everyone was so friendly! My dress never I ordered elsewhere never arrived and my wedding date is now less than 3 weeks away.. found a great dress and an even greater price, needs some alteration but hey, what dress doesn't! Absolutely will recommend Calista's to my friends who are getting married in the future! Thank you again ladies! All your help really meant so much to me �

It all started with a simple phone call. The way I was addressed on the phone was amazing. The lady on the phone told me there where no appointments so there's no rushing. We showed up early. This is when I met raven, the owner. She was the most kind and sweet lady. She instructed me to take off my shoes and get comfie. I did. I picked out dresses I thought I loved, I quickly learned I didn't know what I was doing. Raven was so helpful and knew her stuff! She even dresses you! No sweating, no work, no awkwardness! THIS LADY IS FABULOUS! I never felt like I was just shopping. It felt like I was a guest, not a customer. I highly recommend going to calistas.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted and help by the amazing staff and had a wonderful experience wedding dress shopping and bridesmaids dress shopping!!!! I will definitely be back and recommend friends to go shop here!!!

All of the Calista's staff that helped me over my many many visits during my wedding dress & bridesmaids dress search, you ladies were amazing!! You all did such an amazing job of making me feel welcome & comfortable. I had alot of fun laughing & making fun of myself in the store.

I saw my Jaquelin Bridal dress before I came to the store at the bridal show & made my first ever visit to Calista's a few months later, hoping to recognise the dress on the rack. It is the most stunning dress I've seen. & so well priced! How could I say no?! My wedding was a day of never ending compliments for this dress!

My maid of honour & bridesmaids all looked drop dead gorgeous in their Bill Levkoff sage green dresses!

I can't thank you ladies enough!!

5 stars isn't even close enough to the number of stars Raven at Calista's deserves. In July, my fiance and I had ordered a nice dress for our upcoming wedding. In September we arrived to pick it up only to find that it was one of the other dresses I had been looking at. Raven was very apologetic and immediately reordered the proper dress. Neither my fiance or I were angry, we've both worked retail and hey, life happens. Fast forward to a week before our wedding and our dress is now stuck in customs in Toronto. Raven offered to drive a car full of dresses to where we live. We said no, we will come see you. The next day we arrived at Calista's and Raven immediately set about getting me a replacement dress. She arranged for alterations to be done immediately and we picked out a lovely dress with my soon to be husband. As we were walking out he asked how much do we owe. Raven wouldn't take a cent. You have to understand my original dress was less than 500...the dress she sent me home with...over 2000!!! Even my husband choked back a tear...service like this is unheard of. You made our special day so amazing when so many would've just handed back our money and washed their hands of it. We will never forget your amazing generosity.

Came in with my daughter to try on grad dresses, it was the afternoon, no other customers were in the store. My daughter had been in on the weekend, tried on two dresses she wanted to show me, however wanted to extend her search as we had lots of time. Two more dresses where added to her two, no matter how many times I tried to say what other dresses in this style do you have? Nothing was ever brought, my daughter said to me, let's go, I am feeling rushed, I feel like they just want us to leave. Why are they not bringing me anything else to try? Well their loss, other store was busy, but they brought my daughter 11 dresses, helped her narrow it down. Happy to say she purchased one of them, our search is over.

The lady was rude, plus when I got my bridesmaids dress I had to pay almost $300 for, it didn't fit!! Further having to pay $40 to alter it. I'm not impressed at all. This is after I ordered a dress one size too big, and it still came in too small.

5 stars isn't even close enough to the number of stars Raven at Calista's deserves. In July, my fiance and I had ordered a nice dress for our upcoming wedding. In September we arrived to pick it up only to find that it was one of the other dresses I had been looking at. Raven was very apologetic and immediately reordered the proper dress. Neither my fiance or I were angry, we've both worked retail and hey, life happens. Fast forward to a week before our wedding and our dress is now stuck in customs in Toronto. Raven offered to drive a car full of dresses to where we live. We said no, we will come see you. The next day we arrived at Calista's and Raven immediately set about getting me a replacement dress. She arranged for alterations to be done immediately and we picked out a lovely dress with my soon to be husband. As we were walking out he asked how much do we owe. Raven wouldn't take a cent. You have to understand my original dress was less than 500...the dress she sent me home with...over 2000!!! Even my husband choked back a tear...service like this is unheard of. You made our special day so amazing when so many would've just handed back our money and washed their hands of it. We will never forget your amazing generosity.

Came in with my daughter to try on grad dresses, it was the afternoon, no other customers were in the store. My daughter had been in on the weekend, tried on two dresses she wanted to show me, however wanted to extend her search as we had lots of time. Two more dresses where added to her two, no matter how many times I tried to say what other dresses in this style do you have? Nothing was ever brought, my daughter said to me, let's go, I am feeling rushed, I feel like they just want us to leave. Why are they not bringing me anything else to try? Well their loss, other store was busy, but they brought my daughter 11 dresses, helped her narrow it down. Happy to say she purchased one of them, our search is over.

The lady was rude, plus when I got my bridesmaids dress I had to pay almost $300 for, it didn't fit!! Further having to pay $40 to alter it. I'm not impressed at all. This is after I ordered a dress one size too big, and it still came in too small.
