We do need to stop the homeless invasion. We dont want to lose the good people who live here.

We have to be honest with the reidents here . Dont keep every thing like it a big secret.

This is our home let treat it like that , Stop through things on the floors or spilling in elevator . Clean up if up make a mess . again this is our home and treat it with repect.

I've been renting with callingwood on 170th for 3years now, and I really like it here. The new management is amazing very understanding and on top of anything you need fixed. Kathleen is awesome.

I have been a resident for 6 years and have seen many staff come and go over the years. Although I miss the previous manager because we had developed a nice friendship, I must say the staff now are amazing. Jennifer is an unbelievable person, she knows absolutely everyone in the complex and is always friendly and professional. And for maintenance, Ronnie is the man. Not only is he friendly, he is so efficient. And then there is Marg in the office who has to respond to fire alarms going off (idiots pulling the alarm) at 2:30 in the morning of New Year's Eve in a very professional way. All the staff here are great.

I could write a book about all of the great experiences I have had since Kelson and the existing staff. When my apartment was being sprayed for bed bugs as a precaution (we do not have them, it's strictly precaution), they took care of my cats for the day. They gave me a new kitchen and bathroom without me even having to ask for it.

Would I recommend Callingwood on 170th as a great place to live, ABSOLUTELY.
