Great customer service by Ashley. Everything was great except that they were 30 mins late taking the vehicle in. Besides that it was a smooth process. Lots of friendly staff.

Today I have noticed a problem with my truck so I stopped by Canmore Ford to talk to them and with in 20 minutes THEY explained the repairs WHICH I HAVE TO DONE. THANKYOU for your Outstanding service and how quick YOU solved it.

I am spending the night in Banff and happened to get a screw in my tire. Instead of driving an hour and a half back home I looked around Banff for a tire repair place and they were all closed or wouldn't squeeze me in at all. My best bet was Canmore and luckily Ford was open and was willing to fix my tire. They did everything in a timely manner and even gave me a free washer fluid and an air freshener. I'm so impressed and thankful for their great service today. They were very happy to help. Keep it up!

My wife, Barb, and I recently purchased a new 2016 Ford Edge Sport - AWD from Cam Clark Ford Canmore. We used our 2008 Ford Edge Limited - AWD, also purchased new from the Canmore dealership as a trade in on our new Edge. From the time of purchasing our 2008 Edge to the day we traded it in, the only people I trusted to put a wrench on it were the highly trained Ford Service Technicians, using Ford Motor Craft parts at the Canmore dealership.

Ford products have been my primary choice for vehicles from the time I was a teenager when I purchased my first new vehicle, a 1974 Mercury Cougar XR7. Since that time we have purchased no less than 9 new and used Ford vehicles.

Although we could purchase our Ford vehicles from a number of Ford dealerships, two of which are much closer to our home than the Cam Clark dealership in Canmore, the reason we return to the Canmore dealership is the top quality sales and after sales service personnel.

We enjoy the opportunity of dealing with Allan Way, Sales Consultant, because he is open, honest and fair. it is rewarding to work with Allan because our objective is the same, (to reach a deal that is fair to both the buyer and seller). Allan makes the experience of dealing on a new vehicle very pleasant and completely stress free.

The other primary reason we continue to do business with Cam Clark in Canmore is the excellent after sales service and support we experience with our Ford vehicles.

Kevin Bastarache, Fixed Operation Manager, is in our opinion one of the best service providers in the auto industry. If the level of service Kevin and his team provided on our 2008 Ford Edge is any indicator, Barb and I look forward to experiencing this further with our new Ford Edge.

In addition to Allan Way and Kevin Bastarache both being excellent to work with, the bench strength and team approach at the Cam Clark Canmore Dealership is impressive. Barb and I both, as long term customers, are treated like family and feel we are an important member of the Cam Clark Team.

Was here over the holidays and had a great experience. There's been a change in management and I must say things are way better. The receptionist Bell is fantastic and the GM Chris Ingram was very knowledgeable and friendly. A big thanks to everyone!

Behind the service counter is a sign that says "Treat every customer as if they sign your paycheck..... because they do". They follow this perfectly. We are in from out of town and out heater blower quit. They looked at same day as I first phoned and had parts the next day. Gave me the option of when to bring it back over next two days. They then had it fixed quicker then they said and for less then quoted. People were polite friendly and helpful. They made what could have been a stressful pain a situation I left smiling about.
