I'd give ZERO if I could. NO ONE HERE IS GOOD AT THEIR JOB!!! Not any one person returns phone calls. They do not spend any extra time figuring out complex situations or LISTENING and will push you into bankruptcy even if it is not your best option!! Everything in this office is done old school hard copy with cash payments. Plus the rudest receptionist ever...making this whole place that much worse.

This company does not care about helping you,,,they only care about themselves...told us to drop the car we had and go lease one from there friend, of course at increase payments,, we didnt do that ,,easy math,,,,were told we pay what we can, if we dont have it we cant pay it,,,and were told 2 meetings would be set up...few months later bang , you didnt go to the meetings,,, tryed to explain to the female dog that answers the phone that the meetings wernt set up like we were told,,,she said they didnt do that,,,,lol i know what we were told,,,,this company is greedy and does not care about people and are verry fast to jump on you when your at your lowest.

LIERS!!! They told us the day we were done paying off our consumer proposal that my husband would be able to start building credit. 2 years down the road and nope. His credit number has been on hold and nothing we have been working towards has done nothing and now banks are telling us 6 years. Plus the 5 years are paying it so that's 11 years!!!!!.. might as well went bankrupt payed less and by the time we would be been able to get a house. Waste of time money and hope. If you want to get the life sucked out of you and have every hope wreaked then this is the company for you! Change your name to liers, robery. You know the devil would of been nicer

Excellent services, super fast and very professional. Ken was awesome and gave me facts and information, which were all correct.

These people are only concerned about their own company. Please don't use the very few (probably false) other reviews to make your decision to deal with these people. The entire company's culture is one that is not supportive of you or anyone other than themselves. They take pleasure in ruining your reputation and will take measures to ensure that this reputation is ruined for as long as they choose. A very bad company to deal with.
