This is the best place for ultrasound. it was 2nd visit and staff was awesome and caring. I recommend this place to all . Thank you CDC and keep it up the great customer service. Thank you!!!!!

The receptionist gave my doctor the wrong fax number and did not do anything to fix it until I had already waited for an hour. I had to call my doctor and give them the correct number myself. I waited another hour and asked the receptionist how long it would be and she said another 45 minutes. Multiple people who came in an hour after me were seen first. I waited so long that I had to leave. There is no option to book an appointment so you just have to wait. I will not be going back to this diagnostic center. When I looked at the website it said 20 - 30 minute wait for an xray not three hours.

I had a walk in x-ray (which start at 8am) and found the staff to be very pleasant, efficient and all in all I was in and out of there in about half an hour. I was very impressed with how clean the facility was and how well everything flowed.

I had a pleasant experience at this location. I was there back in March and the technician was very nice. She explained what I was seeing in the screen. I wish I remember her name! In need to book another ultrasound tomorrow and will be asking for her. Later on I'll be editing my review to provide her name. I'm glad I didn't get those rude technicians... is terrible when workers in the healthcare industry treat patients so poorly.

I booked an appointment here for 6.30 PM on a Monday about a month ago. Yesterday I got a confirmation call for this appointment. Unfortunately I had something come up and called today to rebook--they informed me that not only do they not offer evening appointments anymore, but my appointment was no longer schedulued. The lady on the phone was very stand offish and informed me they had called me to cancel and left message. I told her that no one had called me other than the confirmation call I received yesterday. She was quite curt and I asked her what would have happened had I shown up to my appointment this upcoming Monday--she told me no one would have been there to do my x-ray. Overall I am VERY unimpressed and I will be going elsewhere.
