Canada Diagnostic Centres - Glenmore Landing

I was very unhappy with the receptionist. They were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I have always gone there for my blood work, for 10 years. The woman was so disrespectful to me. Saying I was late when I was still before my appointment time.... telling me I would have to be a walk in and wait until they had time for me. I could not believe it. Absolutely unacceptable.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient, and I was seen for an xray pretty much right away. I told the technician that I was told I had a broken rib, and I felt like she was way too aggressive in placing me against the scanning wall. It was to the point where I was in pain and unable to be positioned the way she wanted, but she forced me into it anyway. I understand she has to make sure I’m in the right spot, but knowing someone potentially has a broken bone and is in pain you would think she would be more gentle (she yanked my arms and pushed my chest into the wall). I probably wont go this location again unless it’s an emergency.

Central booking clerk that I talked to was very cold and rude. I changed my booking to RCA. They are very friendly.
