Poor customer service from receptionist

I was experiencing extremely sharp pains in my lower abdomen, so i went to this place to see whats wrong. They did an ultrasound and told me that everything is all right and that i have to go home and get some rest. But the pain was so bad that i had to go to the hospital. In the hospital they did another ultrasound, and the results showed that my appendix had become so swollen that it was almost 3 times its size. The doctor told me that if they dont remove it right away it can erupt and i can die. I was taken into surgery and they removed it successfuly. But had i listened to this clinic and went home, i would have put my life at a huge risk.
