Canada Diagnostic Centres - Sunridge

Efficient clinic with friendly staff. Needed to get my leg irradiated and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Staff was friendly, and the technician took some extra time to make sure the notes and images would provide the doctor with the bets information for a diagnosis.

I love going here it's so pleasant each time.

Not very friendly. They made my grandmother stand outside and wait in line when we had an appointment and there was literally no one sitting inside. The receptionist was quite rude. They tried to ask my grandmother to verify a bunch of info when she doesn't speak English and had a problem with me looking for the info to help her.

Very rude sonographers and xray technicians

they have an open slot that they're accepting appointments online every sunday !!! thats why i grab that slot .. then when i go there !!!! it was closed !!!

Went to get an X-ray done on my ankle and foot. My doctor specifically wrote to do an X-ray of my ankle and foot, but they only took 2 X-rays of my ankle from the same angle. Really inconvenient as I had to go again a few days later.

As owner of A Laptop Shoppe I'm grateful for this business, they have convenient locations city wide. I showed up early in the morning and received x-rays right away for my hurt arm. The front desk staff are pleasant and efficient, with smiles .

Extremely rude and impolite staff at reception, despite a sign in the waiting room saying they are offering excellence in patient care. Receptionist openly made fun of another patient for hearing his name wrong and called him crazy. Shoved papers at me to sign in a very commanding way and complained about my case to a colleague (apparently she does not like to deal with XRay requests for immigration purposes).
Radiologist seen was however lovely and professional.
