Quality service. The fat girl riding around Shopper's Drug Mart while I was there really pushed this into a 5 star experience.

The staff are very rude. I went in today around 8:45am and had to rush to work but had a biological sample that needed to be rushed to a lab so I asked the lady if she could please take it because I was desperate. She just said no I'm not open until 9 and it has to be scanned. Apparently it was too difficult to scan one item 15 minutes early. And to top it all off she was so rude and barely even looked up at me. Never using that post office again

The workers on site are horrible and Rude to the customers. If you didn't bring the tape, you either have to purchase from them or go home. Here is what they said to me "if you are not happy with our service, there is the door." I cannot believe it! Such a waste of time arguing with them. Don't use their service.

Was there last Saturday. Needed to parcel abt 20kg of goods within Canada. So of course it was heavy. Needed to buy one last stuff from Shoppers Drugmart so I hadn't taped the parcel. I have parceled stuff dozen of times and that was the second time I went to them without taping my parcel. But the ladies refused to give me the tape, showing me a badly hand-written note on the counter that said we don't provide tapes. I told them you have provided before and I had no idea you don't do it anymore. So please for the last time please provide it. Instead they said go home and get a tape or buy one from them. I said in this -25c temp you want me to go home carrying this heavy stuff and come back again when you are about to close? Even there were other customers, who requested to give me a few inches of tape saying how would she go back again in this cold weather. But they did not buzz. I purchased tape from Shoppers Drugmart and taped my parcel and it cost me 60 dols to parcel within Canada. My question, is can't that 60 dols cover mere inches of tape? How human are you to rudely tell people to go home and get the tape in chilling weather? I had pleaded saying it's very cold please don't do that to me. Where is your humanity? Did you just wanted to sell your tapes? And when did you announce in news that you don't provide tapes anymore? Remember Walmart announced in news that it no longer gives bag so we are prepared when we go there..I wonder if it is the whim of the manager to bring that rule in one particular Canada Post? Even if it's Canada-wide make it public and please tell your people to become more human...
