One person running the whole store. Waiting 10 minutes so far and still can't get to the counter to get my package while they scan a bunch of things for someone else...

The staff are so impolite and rude, they don't help with anything.
I have been there so many times and it was always like that.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask for help for a package. And they had nothing to say. No guidence. Just told me they couldn't help me. And hung up. They don't care at all.

During operating hours, I called a few times and let it rang for long minutes and never answered, why? What is the reason for that.. I don’t understand.. I don’t think they care about customer service, or people for that matter..
