Canada Post

This Location doesn't allow me to pick up due to the shipping address is different with my ID address. I explained I move to the new address recently and haven't got chance update my ID. I told them all the correct information, they don't even want to listen and consistently saying they only accept the ID card has same address under same name and the stupid fking notification card. and I don't receive any notification card sent from Canada post, I check three times everyday, I can't pick it up my item, such a stupid pick up system! DO NOT SHIP/ PICK UP FROM HERE!!
