The slowest service I've ever experienced. Incredible this is actually where all the packages redirect

The older woman who works here in the evenings is absolutely miserable and is so slow it's painful. A line of two people can take 40 minutes for her to get through. She is also extremely rude and reluctant to help with any questions or concerns - she once refused to give me a package because I could not name the exact city in China that it came from, despite having ID and my pickup slip. During the holidays I order so much online that I had no idea which package had arrived! Definitely avoid this Canada Post if you can help it - the one down the road a bit at Luke's Drug Mart is much better.

There was an old lady named Rachel she was absolutely horrible to deal with. It's unacceptable that Canada Post employs such a disgruntled, incompetent and miserable person like this because mail is an essential service. Hopefully enough customers keep on complaining about the horrible service and management does something about it.

The very old lady who is watchinh this location is grumpy, rude, and have zero customer service skill. She does not greet, does not say thank you, and sarcastic. I had a hard time hearing her as she was talking so softly so I as her to say it one more time. In a rude manner, with eyes glaring at me and angry face she yelled "it's all your!". Also before helping me I heard her say "jerk" under her breath referring to the guy she helped before me whom she didn't say thank you either when the guy left. Clearly this woman doesn't wanna be here, I am just so appalled how people can be so rude.

Before 4 pm a younger lady helps out and great in customer service. After 4 pm the senior lady that hates her life is rude, not at her workplace and does not pick up the phone when you attempt to call them. When I drove there, she was in the back and very unhappy because I started calling after 10 min of standing at the counter waiting for someone to help me out.
